I. Contacted white pages in Spokane WA, They have 10.of thousands of reports on these 2 ladies, (so far)  for fraud and criminal charges....

800 937 8997 is supposedly the origin of a voice mail that is said to be from T Mobile's 611 .....I tried to call 611 to find out who called and was placed on hold by T Mobile that stated that it would take 41 minutes to over an hour to wait for help.....kinda nuts....net search states that this 800 number is a scam ..... not understanding why voice mails left on my T Mobile phone will not give a phone number or date stamp.....  Whoever it is, the person is speaking Chinese, Spanish, etc......has happened more than once

Someone called saying they were from tmobile asking me to unlock the phone, I said no.  They didn't ask for verification and the number came up as spam.

It's possible that scammers are covering their numbers by ghosting T-mobile's support number. They do this all the time, so when you call back and chew out someone, you're just harassing an innocent person who is also a victim.

Got a call from the number 800-937-8997 stating their were from T-Mobile and there is someone trying to place my account into his name.  It's a scam people, because I not with T-Mobile or the person they was looking for.  These scammer will do anything to get your information to do criminal acts.

No message, caller id "unknown" on Verizon, 4:53 pm EDT.

Got text   my number has been updated and  Will receive notifications from T-Mobile. I have never done business with T-Mobile.

Wrong, FS. I've never had T-Mobile. I've never had a debt with T-Mobile. I've never contacted T-Mobile for anything. I've had my phone number since 1994, it's been with AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon but never with T-Mobile and I've been receiving calls from 1-800-937-8997 over the last few weeks. Finally blocked them in my contacts.

I just got a call from this number at 10:56 PM. The male caller on the voicemail message they left claimed we were disconnected as in I had made a service call and that my account was overdue and I needed to make a payment. I have Metro by T-Mobile on pay as you go. I am not overdue nor were we disconnected. It is a scammer phishing by spoofing a real T-Mobile service number.

I received 2 calls, 1 minute apart from this number this morning at 6 am. The first didn't leave a message,  the second did. The message was from "Kyle", greeting a "marie" and went of to say he had disconnected my call because of a bad connection and was calling me back. The message went on to say he could explain why the bill was still $90 a month if she would call him back.  I'm sure it was a miss-dial as I've had my number for 15years  but not with T-Mobile.  It was classified as a robo caller by my phone.

Then maybe you should contact your phone company instead of replying to a 12-year old post on a phone number look-up page.

I called T-mobile support and got disconnected.  They called me back from this phone number.
