They keep calling everyday with no one on the line today I finally get something today...robo political call for the Presidential Coalition for Newt Gingrich asking you to participate in a one question poll.  I hung up at this point.

These guys called last night, and they called again just now. I wish they'd stop. We don't pick up, we just let it ring. What also annoys me is they don't leave messages. At least tell us who the f#ck you are if you decide to call our home when we're probably working or trying to get some SLEEP!

After daily calls...I finally called the 202 number for the Presidential Coalition two days ago and spoke to a woman and told her to take our number off their list.  She said "of course".  No calls yesterday...hooray...and then it starts anew today.  Ugh

I have written to my Congressman that new laws must be passed to prosecute the harrasers.  Also phone companies must allow options to block calls regardless of phone service you have...I have landline ...need to upgrade to Fios to get blocking...no thanks.

Try the TeleBouncer. It has your recording warning of solicitation calls.a and requires the caller to press "1" to ring though. Since most of these calls are computer generated to start they don't understand how to press "1" and will not be passed through. You can set up for no rings or if you want to know the number you can set up for one ring and then activate. That allows caller ID to show the number. The TeleBouncer TB1000 by DASYm is not made any more but you can do a search and still find them.

they call at least 8 times a day, sometimes more, sometimes a couple of minutes of the last call. this is total harassment! they start at 8am until 9pm. enough already!

These right-wing d-bags call my *unlisted* **business** line periodically, so much so that I've had to invest in a phone with blocking capability so that their total BS propaganda whiny money solicitation calls do not interrupt my **business**. If these right-wing d-bags are supposed to be so pro-business you'd think they would immediately see the error in their solicitation model. And if they aren't bright enough to do that you'd think the repeated CLICKS! they get when calling my UNLISTED BUSINESS line would be a hefty clue.  

These jerks called my unlisted number at noon on a Sunday! Since I didn't answer and don't unless I know the number I can't verify who these inconsiderate jerks are. If it's that Citizens United abomination then... good grief, how low can they go? I'd file a complaint with the DNC but they probably skate by the rules that prevent calling people on a friggin Sunday! Jeez.

Perhaps it's the liberals making us think it's the conservatives!  What is Presidential Action?  Who is our President?

I no longer pay any attention to who is calling me, as soon as I hear it's a machine I am DONE!!!

These calls need to be made illegal regardless of whether it is a business or any sort of non-profit organization, unless you specifically opt in (with a very very specific authorization, not a general consent to contacting you type disclaimer).

How to Block a Call on Your IPone:

Pull up the # in the Recent Calls screen
Hit the "i" button to the right
This will let you create a contact, or - go all the way to the bottom - hit "Block this Caller".  You just hit that button (you don't have to make it a Contact).  
If you change your mind or make an error, the button turns into "Unblock this Caller" .

! don't know who these telemarketing clowns are but I wished the would dorp dead. They call, the machine picks up, they hang up.
