Thnx 4 reportn this. I received a call from this number, but since I don't answer calls I don't know, I just looked it up!....It's blocked.

We block ALL 800 calls so it didn't get through. Since there was no valid CID, I doubt it was legitimate.

Can not get them to stop calling me. I have asked several times but they stillcall

I get numerous calls from this number regarding lowering my interest rate on my credit card.
I do not have ANY credit cards.

Is this a scam?

People people the number that you see on phone is a real chase number but it's being spoofed, Meaning even though your phone is  showing a real 800-945-2000 your actually talking to a scammer on the other side who spoofed the number..

I've been getting calls from this number for months. (I realize it's a scam from all the posts here--thank you!) The number is blocked, so it rings once then disconnects...but these persistent fraudsters still are trying to get through--now, at 6:00 and 7:00 IN THE MORNING! Creeps.

Robo-call "Hello this is Alice at Visa Card Service and..."  I hung up and blocked.
Chase Bank doesn't give a damn about their number being used for scam calls.
Just TRY to get through to them to let them know. Screw'em all. I just block them and move on.

Caller ID: Chase Card Svcs. I do not have a Chase Credit Card nor do I conduct any business with them. SCAM!

Called about credit card payments. I've never owned a credit card. Definite scam.

I called the number on ID and Chase Card Services actually answered the call.  I told them about the fraud calls using their number. The CSR said they were aware of it and were doing all they could to stop the spam calls.  She didn't sound to informed as to what was happening and seemed to care less, one way or another, if the calls continued, hacking their number and customers.  We HAD Chase cards once but no more.  Caller hasn't a clue what cards you have; just looking to get you to give a card number to hack!  As bad as a used car salesmen!

Got the call, saw the Caller ID information and switched on a recording of the phone company's 3 tone line-not-in-Service message.  My voice mail will take a message after that but maybe they got the message that they are wasting their time calling here whether is was Chase or, more likely, a scammer.

800-945-2000 called Dec 21, 2018 at 3:03 pm.  Caller ID = TOLL FREE CALL.  No message.  Very likely a spoofed Chase number.

I called chase and you are right, it is a spoof #.  Chase will never call and just hang up.  I wish these idiots would get real jobs.

Curious if this is the most complained-about number. Wow, 55 pages. My question is: How long has "Rachael" (in particular) been saying she can reduce your interest rate? I've seen where someone posted 10 years. How many other names have your heard? (This only applies to people who have not block the number.)

No, there are plenty of other numbers that have more reports in them than this one.

About as long as any other made up name they use, not that it matters what name they use.
I get calls from time to time and never had a "Rachael" yet.

Unknown caller.  Did not answer.  Number now blocked.

Just ignored a call from this number to my cell phone. CID only gives phone number, no name, and no voicemail was left. Both of these facts, plus all the posts here, equal a new number for my call blocker.

Not that it's the least bit important but of the calls that get thru, Rachael is the most common. There has been a few others over the years. I wonder if there is any correlation between specific scam operations and recordings. Probably not.
