    Notes
We actually thought the owners of this operation would either have lost their law licenses or be in jail by now. James J. Mackinnon, brother of Douglas J., Sr., Clarence Center, NY is in bed with two lawyers on this.
The problem they have is their total inability to legally prove that they own the accounts they are collecting on.

These master minds of how to screw just about everyone are sued almost every time it snows in Buffalo.

They are know to lie, manufacture documents, steal money and just about anything else that is illegal.

Give your money to a charity, it will go further than these dredges of society.

Stay far away from them, sue them at every chance.

Viking Credit Collections...i got the call at least 3 times, twice in the last 14 hours.  How can you get them to stop calling?  They are calling on my cell phone which is an unlisted number.  i have had this number for years and have never receieved these calls in the past.  i assume it is a scam as i don't owe any money or am not late on any bills.

Left message that I was to call them back for a very important matter, I am debt free and owe no one.  I do not intend on calling back, but rather just block their number.

Indian guy called my girlfriends phone number, idk how or why on earth they’d have that. It was for a bill that is based on my deductible. Guy started yelling and I sensed something was wrong.

Received multiple calls from this number over the last couple of months. I did not answer since it seemed suspicious and received the following voicemail each time:

"Hello I'm calling for ____ this is ___ with the Hertz corporation. If you could please return my phone call at 844-969-8957, this is regarding claim number ____. Thank you."

After numerous calls I finally decided to called Hertz directly. They told me that this was likely a scam and the number I was given is not associated with Hertz, but rather some unknown website. They also looked up the claim number. The claim number did technically exist, but it was more than 5 years old and it was not associated with my name.
    • Caller: Claiming to be Hertz
    • Call type: Scam suspicion
