They told me that they had me on three counts of fraud I dont know who this people is this has been over a year. How do u stop them.

recived call from this Hector Boyd stating that I owed some company $3000.00 and that I had committed fraud and he as going to take me and mu aunts to court for fraud. I payed them 1245.00 for a $350.00 payday loan, but the calls keep coming. What can I do?

I received a call from Robert from United, he stated I have taken out a loan and bounced checks and that he was going to put the papers through the courts today 12/10/ 2010 at 3 pm. He said he would call my boss and have the monies taken out of my paycheck. I have been on Social Security Disability for the past four with breast cancer. I do not owe any monies to anybody. I am on payment plans with the hospitals and doctors. It scares me that they have my Social Security number. I just called the 1-800-955-9730 and asked for the name of the company and the women hung up on me. I only have the first name of the company.

I have been getting the same threatning phone calls from this number. Threatning to come to my job and throw me in jail. It is a SCAM they have been calling me for the last 6 months and they call from different numbers. I have been getting harrassed forever and it never ends. All can say is report, report, report because that is what I'm gonna do. Just do NOT send them any money. GOOD LUCK!!!

I have been getting calls from this number 1-800-955-9730 telling me that i took out a cash advance loan from them. I called back the number and i spoke to an Adam Ryan and i asked him what is this in reference to and he said i took out a loan from them, but he sounded like he was from india and i told him that i never took out a loan from them and i wanted more information and he hung up on me. I called back and i got a different person name Henry and i wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said im speaking to him so i asked him why are you calling my number and he said the same thing that i took out a cash advance loan. i told him that i never took out a loan from his company, (cash advance loan) I asked him where did he get my number and he hung up on me.

I had many calls from this number 1-800-955-0730 I have been getting calls leaveing me messages that i took out a laon, so i returned their call and apoke to Adam Ryan and i told him that i never took out a loan with them and i asked him to give me more information and he hung up on me. If you are getting calls from this number its a scam do not give out your information.

Wow...I can't believe these a**holes! I received a call from them on 12/8 stating the very exact thing everyone else has said. I drilled the hell out of this guy who at first said he was "raymond scott" and then "jason scott" after being screamed at and hung up on several times, I called him and demanded info on this, "so called company" that was suing me. He said it was united cash services. I demanded their phone number. He stated that he would give it to me but to make the call very limited bcuz id be wasting their time. 888-635-8693. I contacted that number and lets just say the guy on the other line was not happy to talk to me whatsoever. He demanded the name and the number of the guy that gave me the number. He then demanded my ssn and phone number. After letting him know that I wasnt supid enough to give him that info, he hung up on me. I have contacted my bank, better business bureau, and the federal trade commision center in regards to this. I havent received a call since then.

this has the FBI notification of payday loan scam.  Then call your current paydayloan company and verify with them the status of your loan.  Do not give the crooks at 800-955-9730 any information.  The next time they call tell them they have the wrong number or the wrong info.

These frauds have called me twice.  The first time it was from Morgan and Co in Ft Myers FL claiming I had 2 outstanding payday loans from over 3 years ago....(oops - hmmm 3 years ago my last name was different- their first mistake).  I told the guy then he was full of crap and a fraud. HE hung up - imagine that.  I then called the two paydayloan companies I have dealt with over the past 2 years and neither shows any outstanding debts.  I then called the Company he said they represented USA CASH ADVANCE and spoke to someone in their legal dept - she informed me this was a big thing right now and that she had just talked to someone that paid them $900.  To my surprise these idiots called again today, I spoke to Barry Smith, Lyka, Jeff, and Manish.  All of which refused to give me a location and/or fax number.  I then called from a different number, gave them a bogus phone number and name and they got all hyped up and started speaking in some Indian/Hindi language and you could hear the call center in the background where they were making the same outgoing calls to others harassing them.  They would not provide any contact info.  They are frauds I have filed a police report on the first call and am going to file on the second and am following the FBI recommendations and will be chaning my banks and contacting the credit bureau to flag my reports for possible id theft.  And filing a complaint with www.ic3.gov

Like we are going to give you people squat - you have already stolen our identities - if you had actual valid claims, you would follow the legal guidelines of filing a lawsuit/complaint, we would be served notice by the courts and it would go from there.  You are a lying sack of ......

This Indian guys name Hector Boyd and Jason Scott was calling me all day (12/14) at work and on my cell claiming they are going to put me in jail for some legal matter and that I owe them $350.00 from some pay day loan I got, but with all there fees it total to be $1286.00, they were asking me for my attorneys' info and my work info and wanted to speak to my manager and her name our fax number and when I asked him for his info. he would not provide it, when I asked him to remove my work number from his list and to call me on my cell, he refuse.  His wanting me to fax him a letter stating that I will pay them this money and I said no, he continued to threating me and harrassing me at work and at one point my manager did speak to him and he wanted all her info and she refuse to give that to him, when she asked him for his company info he refuse. I conference two calls with 911 and they heard his conversation and this Hector Boyd even got nasty with the officer and asked him for his badge number, when the officer refused and asked this so call Hector Boyd to please stop harrassing me at my work and the officer asked me to end the call and this Hector Boyd called me at least 50 times at work.  I asked Hector Boyd to send me a letter with his letter head stating what his calling me about and he said he e-mailed it to me several times...LIER !!! I told him to serve me and when I receive the legal docs I will deal with in court, but for him to stop calling my job, he refused. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, local police, FBI and State Attorney General.  If any one figues out how to stop these hassasment calls please let me know, it's stressing me out and I don't want to lose my job becuz of this crap.

The number that shows on my caller ID is (0000) and the number they leave is 800-559-9730.  Jason Scott claims to be the head Attorney, I spoke to him and he got upset because I was not agreeing with him and I told him I was calling the INS on him and  he hung up so... this other indian guy name Hector Boyd took over the rest of the day harrassing the crap out of me all freaking day.  Like I asked if anyone knows how to get rid of these calls please let us know.  I even asked this Hector Boyd to provided me with the payday companies info they are saying I owe this money to so I can contact them..HE RESFUSES...he refused to provied me with anything !!!  I  sure hope someone catches this company and stop causing people stress.
