how can I help with #a31524s

I get a call from this number, it is a bill recovery no. I had a bill from Goody's, and they would not except cash, because they was in Bankruptsy, and now they want paid. Sorry, you would not except payment.

They called me, but asked for my neighbor. I think they're trying to 'ruin the reputation' of my neighbor by calling his neighbors so we find out he's being sought by debt collectors.  Pretty harassing for the innocent neighbors who receive these calls, and I don't see how they think this is going to get a debtor to pay them any faster.  I think they try to make debtors' lives even more stressful than they probably already are, considering they already aren't making their payments.

that is exactly the intent of these crooks - the neighbor probably has been in contact with them, disputes the bill as not valid and these crooked debt collectors - JUST WILL NOT GIVE UP

I have no idea who this is - they call me at the same time every weekday morning, leaving no message. My cell phone is owned by my company, not me, so they are interrupting a business - against the law.

I answer the incoming phones calls for the business that I work for.  I receive calls from 800-969-6112 multiple times a day with a recording requesting that different employees return a call to this number.  How do we make it stop?  This is a business, not someone's personal phone number.  It really is a major pain to have to answer unwanted or unsolicited calls that are not company related.

just save the number to your phone and set a silent ringtone to it I did!

I got a call today and they did not leave a msg.they calling the wrong number

they are calling to confirm that your bill is in bankruptcy and if it is. its nothing
because they were calling my husband about Friedman jewelry account that was put on bankruptcy but if they keep calling about an account on bankruptcy then call you bankruptcy lawyer as soon as possible because they can make them stop calling you   and if its your neighbor then call the people back if the call was missed and tell them they have the wrong number and not to call back if they do get a lawyer.

They keep calling and don't leave a message and they call at all times of the day and night.

Just got a voice mail, nothing recorded. Called them back. Guy asked me for my number. When I gave it to him he asked,  by name, if this was my ex-gfs (5 years ago) number. He said okay, wrong number (or something similar) and hung up.

They sound like bill collectors for sure. They are looking for the previous owner of my phone number. They are very curt and menacing in the way they speak offering no information. I asked them to remove my phone number from their calling list to no avail. The calls persist.
