This number called me stating there is a formal complaint against me and I need to have my lawyer call them or I will not be in complaince with this "complaint".  They did not state a name of a company, they just called themselves the outsourcing department.  I am so tired of these scammers calling me and threatening me for no reason.

I got a call from Marissa referencing claim #CGM 2XXXX couldn't make out the rest of the numbers telling me to have me and my lawyer call them at 800-969-6582.

This is Marissa and if you don't call back we will have to report you non compliant. Scam it sounds to me like..

Debt Scammer.  Trying to scare you.  Ignore the call and block the number.

I just got the same message. It gets so old.

Call said I was going non compliance  Needed to call them  My phone number is register on the no call list

I got same script message on April 12th with same file number starting with CGM2****. From same person name of Marissa. From outsourcing dept. No company name.

I called back the number on my caller Id (720-580-8744)  It said I took a payday loan out back in 2012. And I owed 3k. I told them i was going in to a meeting. They told me they will see me in court. When I got out my meeting I called the toll free number. First off they were laughing when they picked up the phone. And said how may i help you. I said you called me. He said are you calling about a computer???? I Said no. He started laughing again then he said don't worry

Same as above. Threatening non compliance if I don't call the number back. Did not say name of company. Called from a (904) area code and left the 800# to call back. Sounds like a scam.

Received a call from Marisa stating they had a claim against me and if I don't call back with my lawyer representative action would be taken again me.

I got same script message on April 18 th with same file number starting with HLR12549. From same person name of Marissa. From outsourcing dept. No company name

Call came saying there is a formal complaint in their office regarding my name, also gave reference number.

Got the same call for the second time this week form a local number.  Recorded message and this 800 to call back.  Just out of curiosity, I called this number and got a recorded message that nobody was available to answer the call.  This is getting ridiculous!   I have put all of my phone numbers on the National Do Not Call list and I keep on getting them.  I usually don't even answer my phone if I don't know the number but sometimes I just want to let these people know that I am on to them and they need to stop calling.

This number keeps my uncle’s phone and asking for me. I called back the 800-869-6582 number twice and it said that no one is available to answer my call. I’m getting sick and tired of these scammers harassing me and my family. But I’m going just going to block their number. It sounds like a scam and if it was legitimate someone would’ve answered the phone with an American accent and expalain everything. I honestly think it’s people overseas that’s scamming people out of their hard earned money. PLEASE IGNORE AND BLOCK 800-969-6582 from calling you.

They’re calling and harassing me too from that same number. They’re legitimately scammers harassing people.

The voicemail left stated there was a complaint give with a case number. Not aware of any existing complaint. No individual's contact name was provided only the number 800-969-6582. Just a reference to the Outsourcing Dept was given. Have to believe this is not legitimate-a scam call.

This one has been going around for at least the last three years. “We have not heard from you or your attorney on this matter and will report your non-compliance, Etc. Etc.” Often, the first part of the message is “cut off” to make you think you missed something important. These clowns are not even real debt collectors, but unemployed rickshaw jockeys in an illegal call-center with spoofed Caller ID numbers offshored in some third-world binjo ditch, which is why the DNC registry does not work on them.  Block and report them.

I get the same calls 20 x a day too

Received a phone stating that there is a complaint against my name and that I needed to contact them or my attorney. The referenced a case number of FRB10020. They said I need to call 800-969-6582 rocK would be in non -compliance. I called the number and received a voice messages saying no one is available to take your call. Another scam.
