These people called me and said the same thing. The message said that if I or my lawyer do not call back that they will consider me non-compliant. This is a scam.

Marisa called and left a message. I returned the call and a man got on and told me there were 4 payday loans under my name and routed to a B of A account. He gave me all my personal info from my SS, DL, pass and current addresses, email address, and a B of A bank account that the fund were sent to that I have no clue about. I don't know how he got all my info and an account that I don't remember opening. I'm afraid. Are they stocking me? Are they a real company? The number doesn't match the call location. He proceeded to ask me if I like to pay $600 or disputed. I'm not paying for something that I didn't do. He said well it looks like your a victim of identity theft.. OH NO 🤦‍♂️ what to do now? He proceeded to confirm my current address and inform me a certified letter will be mailed. I should be prepared to be present in court on the date as stated in the letter otherwise the court will rule it as no show and I would pay the balance. What to do now?

What to do now? Ignore the [***], they are always buying lists of credit info scammed from all sorts of sources, legal or otherwise.  The constant is, they obtained your personal info in the same way any other identity thief does. they are never real creditors, hold no valid accounts against anyone and enjoy no legal recourse whatsoever in any court, US or otherwise. The fact that they only accept payment in gift cards or Western Union documents (both untracable) is the biggest red flag of all.

I just received a call exactly the same message except it was from 209-421-0853. I am so done with these scammers. I haven't done anything to have a complaint against me, thank God. I do not intend to call them back and argue as I have done that in the past and they started threatening me I will lose my job etc. and when I laughed about it they would say you won't laugh when you won't have a job tomorrow and you will be behind the bars. I don't know how to stop these callers other than not answering and letting them leave their annoying messages.

Just got the call today while driving into work in regards to case SRB yada yada yada from the Outsourcing Dept. for being non-complaint. No idea what they are referring to, however after seeing the messages here it clearly is a scam of some sort. And as far as representation I think I got that covered ... Having a law office is a nice thing you know. These people picked the wrong one today.

Same thing, total scam.  Came from a local number but the message said to call this 800 number.

Got the same call from a 401 number with an 800 number call back. They are using a spoof app to call ppl from your area code and then gives you an 800 number. Believe it's a scam.

same gimmick, marissa, have lawyer call, if do not hear from me they will le non compliance against me. they should just stop, scary they have all your information,scammers, fraud beware people. do not give any information, I do not owed no one anything. scammers stop it. I reported to police,bbb,ftc,fbi already...

Marissa seems to be popular lol same call as the other comments i read hmmm didnt know so many ppl were non compliant. Scammers never cease to amaze me with their new ideas they come up with

I got the same message from the same person Marissa. When I tried to call back,  the number couldn't be reached. It is so sad that people are happy with trying to scam people.

Claimed to be legal service calling about  legal matter

I just got a call back and yes it is a scam. A man answered and goes can I help you so I said you called me. He goes no habla and hung up on me.

They called me last month marissa is now Alicia same  accent they told me last month I had till the next day to get back to them or I would receive something in the mail to go to court still haven't received it and now Alicia tells me the same story again just scam they use different phone numbers.

Same crap.  Left a message about a complaint against me,  blah blah.  They referred to me with a last name I have not had in years.  This crap needs to stop.

I just got the same phone call.and I calling back I don’t know were they get my information. But hung up I told to send any paperwork to my address they don’t which one .

It calls all day all night until cut off time. Last message left was with Eric Frazer with Outsourcing Department.

Since you have a law office can you represent me.? Lol
