Called stating they were Account Recovery Specialists.  First time I called them back (because I couldn't understand their voice message) they hung up on me when I asked questions.  I called a second time and they wouldn't give me any information even though they called MY PHONE.

Call came in from 732-313-0752 and mentioned non-compliance.   Stated call is from outsourcing department (Eric).  Automated call stated to call back at 800-969-6584.  Asked for a person that does not live at the number they called.  SCAMMERS!

Just called from a 240-318-9334 in Clinton, MD stating a case was bought into their office and if I or my special person do not call them back, I will be in non-compliance then it states to press 1 to speak with a customer service rep.  The call came from Eric Frazier

I believe this is a debt collector using this phony "non compliance" nonsense as a ploy to get you to call back.

They also somehow got a relative's number and called them about me. They left a very unclear message as well. But stated very clearly I was not in compliance as well. Compliance to what? Must be a SCAM!!!!

I just received a similar message: part garbled but the Eric Fraser part clearly stated that I (or my representative) needs to call 800 969 6584 or I will be reported (to who?) as not complying. Clearly a scam but what I can't figure it out.

Just received spam call on work phone. Very garbled message something about compliance. Total scam number!

I got several calls.  I listened very carefully to the name of the person they were trying to reach and it was MEGHAN SLOWEY.  I knew this because my cell repeatedly gets spam texts from a MEGHAN SLOWEY.  It's kind of like a tag scammers would use so they can tell "their" scam from someone else's.  Just thought I'd drop this tidbit.  Though I blocked the number...well...they leave 53 second voice mails, and I haven't found a way to block them.

Just received a call at work.  Wanted me to call 1-800-969-6584 or I would be in non-compliance.  Eric was the one that left the message.

Scam - do Not give these people information- they said they will send me to court to scare me. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFORMATION.

I received this call on my personal cell from 516-448-5887 with a female recording stating my full name including my middle initial with a case reference number. Afterwards a man named Eric Frazier from outsourcing department, left a recorded message stating I must call back, or my appointed representative, regarding a complaint filed at their office. If I did not respond by calling 1-800-969-6584, they would have to report my non-compliance. I did call back both numbers. 1-800 number no one picked up and the 516 number I left a message to stop calling me.

Same thing just happened to me. Very rude.

A relative received a voicemail on their cell phone a recorded auto bot left a message stating my previous married name(over 12 years ago) and Eric Frazier wanted me to call back the 800-969-6584 number in regards to a complaint filed against me with a case number. The phone number they called from was 815-287-9280. I called the 800 number and spoke to someone named Justin that said i had an account with a bank 12 years ago that was seeking to settle. I have never used this particular bank and they wanted to do a settlement of $800 from a $1500 debt. I told them to send me documentation.
Total scam! Is there somewhere we can report these scams? I would hate to think someone would actually fall for this and hand over their hard worked money to these scumbags.

Message said he was Eric Brady calling from 'outsource dept' saying I had complaint against me. Obviously a scam....called 3 times.....reported to complaints.donotcall.gov

This call initially came to my Magic Jack phone from 760-223-7757, It is a robocall, first a robo woman's voice comes on and starts with my name, and a case number like this MUQ20XXX, and to call this number 1-800-969-6584, then a robo man's voice comes on and say a complaint was filed and the rest it becomes undicernable to me. I think it's a scammer.
