Getting this message from  (717) 894-1664‎ "This message is for xxxxx xxxxxxxxx and I heard back in reference to file number MUQxxxx. This is Eric brace with the outsourcing Department. This call is in regards to a complaint filed in our office. If we do not hear from you or your appointed representative we will have to report your non-compliance. If you have any question regarding this matter contact our office at 1-800-969-6584 or press one to speak with a live agent." It goes from a actual computer generated message to a pre-recorded message.

First - they don't have my name right... and second.. two voices on the same recording.. seriously?  Block and delete.

says they will report me for non-compliance if I don't call them back at the 800 number.  gave me a case number also.

This number called and asking for my wife on my work phone. Her maiden name. I called them back and asked for there physical address. They hung up on me twice. Rude

Same as all others! Call came in fron 732-313-0752. Said I would be in non-compliance if I don't call them back at 800-969-6584. Scam Scam Scam!!!!

Call came in from 201-730-9145. left a vm saying to call back @ 800-969-6584, gave a case # about a non-compliant complaint or something along those lines.

Call came in from a 615 347 cell number with two different voice  recording woman and man claiming that a complaint was filed with their office. Used my maiden name said If I didn’t contCt them back I would be held incomplianced

This number is calling and harassing my Girlfriend and family and after coming here through google and seeing multiple different sites reporting this number it is clearly a scam.

I got the same as all of you except they used my name from nearly 30 YEARS ago!! i too called back and would definitely not tell them anything and I got loud asking them who THEY WERE.  They hung up but I kept callig back again and again and I cursed 2 of them out.  They told me same that I had a case if I did not comply and give them my info, I would face a judge.  The times I called back it had been on a local number to me, it came out same as my area code, 336-515-1620.  The guy that originally threatened to see me in court asked me did I want to be picked up for harassment and I cursed even much worse and got VERY VERY VERY LOUD.  I thew insult after insult and dared them to come try.  I been thru WAY TOO MUCH crap in my hard life to be talked to that way, no one has any right to pry like that.  They are snakes and up to NO GOOD.  I plan to block my phone and call back and say more of my peace agai to.

I got the same called from a different number and I called back from a pay phone and they where talking about an old debt and he was saying I could speak to one of their lawyers to get a great discount i said I didn't know what he was talking about haha. They he said Okay have a nice day and hung up.on me.. Now they keep calling me on my house phone .. Can't leave a message because the number is block. Does anyone know of this is a scam or if its real? This has my nerves shot!!

Called stating my apple devices have been hacked and to not make any financial transactions using my apple devices until I talk to one of their representatives and push 1 to speak to someone......I hung up!  Whatever!  Apple is NOT going to call every apple owner and tell them this kind of thing!
