- mr. yuk replies to mikeHe said legally blind, not totally blind.
- Alfalfa replies to Marge CThis actually happened to my late Mother. She was in the hospital with pneumonia and her attending physician was out of town. Another doctor stuck his head inside the door (he never entered her room or touched her), asked how she was doing and left. A few weeks later she received a bill from this guy. When she refused to pay it, he turned her over to a debt collection attorney. She got an attorney of her own, who threatened to countersue.
She never heard from them again. - hj replies to Kentucky Resident| 1 replyThe medical industry has turned into the same as lawyers. My wife and my experiences are too depressing to get into but still boils my blood when I know of all the bills for not being there and doing nothing. Its like one medical service passes you on to another until they all get a piece of the action by doing nothing. Some never even appear.
- Alfalfa replies to hjI hear you. I was billed $40,000 for a 23-hour observation stay in a local hospital several years ago (I am not kidding).
It's a racket, no doubt about it. - doctorthese people are criminals. (period). my family has been in and out of the hospital for the past 16 months... and we always pay all our bills. tonight i received a strange message at our house, it said that this collection agency "HRRG Collections" was calling us and that we MUST return their calls. i don't remember not paying a hospital bill so i called. the first "agent" was so crude that when she asked for sensitive information i asked her how i could be sure they weren't some scam, she hung up on me. i tried calling back and was hung up on several more times. then i called back from a different number and another extremely c/rude woman "verified" my information and told me they were collecting on an emergency room visit (just $16). she was told that we have been to many many emergency rooms in the past two years, and just wanted to know which emergency room it was and on what date... the "agent" could not answer what the bill was for but wanted debit/credit information anyway. really? THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS, any way you perceive it. don't tell them anything.

- HRRG Sux replies to HRRGAgain, calling people names. You are breaking the FCC laws on spoofing phone numbers just to get anyone to answer. You do not provide the required disclaimer and are disclosing information without actually speaking to the debtor or know if you EVEN have the RIGHT number for them. You have been reported to the FCC for continued violations. You do not hire competent people only the losers who can't get a real job and will take your minimum wage! You are fooling no one.
- dragonldyI received 2 phone calls and messages from HRRG on the same phone number. When I called back and stated that it is against the law to contact someone more than once on the same phone. He apologized then called me by name. I never told him who I was. So it must have popped up when I called. Then he wanted me to verify information on a minor (my child). Told him that I didn't know him from Adam and wasn't verifying anything. He asked why haven't you answered our letters. He was foreign and I refused to give him anything. This guy was rude and actually hung up on me.

- Management replies to CWG40| 4 repliesYour response is full of wrong information. Filing a false police report is against the law. Doing what this yahoo tells you is not worth the aggravation. If you would read the papers you sign at the hospital, you would know you are responsible for all medical bills assigned with your visit. Become responsible and pay off your debt !!!!!!
- Well here we have another replies to Managementignorant shill posting nonsense. How would that be a false police report? Reporting that your company and probably you yourself are harassing someone who owes nothing. I get it, you don't want the police involved because you have warrants out for you. Scumbag low life's like you always have warrants, what is it this time? Drugs? Beating your woman (assuming you could get a woman, but then some women will go out with anyone who has $10)? Beating your child or your dog? Come on you can tell us, own up.

This Account Resolution Services is an umbrella group for HRRG and other medical providers. Hopefully the Health Care Law will make these debt collectors less necessary. This Account Resolutions Services is some seriously bad news.

- BigA replies to CWG40I would have to wonder why a "legitimate" company would need all those company names.
- MidNYteStorm replies to ManagementYour post just proves to me that people should simply disregard anything you say.
I know for a fact that debt telemaggoters have a history of calling outdated numbers. Simply put: Just because somebody receives a call from an alleged debt collector, doesn't mean they owe a dime. - ShillKill replies to CWG40A quick search reveals this outfit is a defendant in dozens of FDCPA, including a number in 2015
