I received a phone call from 1-800-989-5028 with a recorded message that I was late paying my electric bill and needed to pay immediately to avoid having my service suspended. The electric at my house isn’t in my name. I was given 2 options, press 1 to pay my bill, press 2 and to be connected to a representative. I pressed 2 and waited on hold for a short time then Andre answered and asked how he could assist me. I said I was wondering why I was getting this phone call and he promptly disconnected.
