I keep getting unwanted faxes from companies.  This 800 number is the latest fax for Health Insurance.  This is unwanted solicitation.  My number is even on the DoNotCall.Gov list and they are still sending me stuff.  When I try to look up their number to get the name of company to file complaint, I can't find the name of the company to file complaint.  Also, everytime I call these solicitors that fax me to remove my number from their list, it seems another company is faxing me solicitation as if they gave my number to another source or something.

Like the above from Bren, I am on a DO NOT CALL list, I have even called THEIR FAX REMOVAL LINE and of course it is an automated one and it says my number has been successfully removed then the next day I get another fax everything is the same on it EXCEPT there is a different 800/866 number. I even called this number 866-377-3195 and spoke to one of the rudest men. He told me point blank that he would not listen to me that all he did was turn in a spread sheet every Friday (I guess this must be what generates the next weeks 800 number) The above number I listen shows to be Group Health in Phoenix, AZ. I saw another note online that we should file a complaint with  info@arizonabbb.org AZ better business bureau. maybe if enough of us do that this will stop. 800-989-8613 we keep getting faxes and when called they will not give the company name.  We too are on the dnc list.

Where can we turn for a resolution?

Can the number not be tracked by some govt agency?

I am having the same problem.  I called the "Health Insurance" compnay the faxes advertise to say that the faxes are coming to my home & wake everyone up at 5:30 in the morning EVERY morning.  The guy that answers the phone ("Mark") was EXTREMELY rude.  He said the faxes come from India & there is nothing he can do even though I have repeatedly went through the process to remove my number.   Maybe if 1-800-989-8613 receives unsolicited & unresponsive calls from us they would get the hint?????!!!!!
