This is BS also, because I never game them my phone number, yet somehow they looked it up.  They have no right to be calling you, especially at 8:30am.

Morning Star are investment consultants. They actually offer some really great publications. Don't worry about it. They won't hound you.

2 calls 2 days in a row to my US cell WHILE I'm in France, this costs me $1/minute.  When I answered, they hung up on me no message.  Glad to know that they are spammers so I can ignore them in the future.

I didn't sign up for anything and they're calling my cell early in the morning.

I got the same call everyone else got at 9:48AM this morning. I'd want to shoot the caller like Woodie Harrelson does it in the movie Zombielnd. Double Tap right between the eye balls!

It is Morningstar - just call them back at the number and ask them to remove you from their calling list. It is a painless and efficient manner to deal with the problem rather than whining about it here (though I am grateful that you have - because it helped me identify the number quicker)

No big deal, call them back and the nice people will take you off of their calling list. No need to overreact!

I subscribe to Morningstar online. I really don't appreciate them  calling my mobile, since I didn't give them my number and they obviously looked it up. As much as I respect Morningstar as an investment information company, I'm going to cancel my subscription now.

Took literally 10 seconds.. just had to call and they got you off the list.

EVERY time they call our office, they NEVER say anything- as soon as they hear my voice they don't say anything, they just hang up the phone EVERY TIME they call....ANNOYING! Does this happen to anyone else?

Got a call from them this morning.  They asked for me by name, then said they wanted to talk to me about the mortgage on my house.  I told him I was on the DoNotCall list and why was he calling me?  He said, "uh, um, let me check on that" and hung up.

Sales job for Morningstar trying to seeel you their magazine. They'll keep calling, but not on an everyday basis.

They should leave a VM, its irritating when they don't.

Morningstar is harmless. They are a research firm that rates stocks & mutual funds. They're actually pretty good...very reputable, and I like the service. I'm a subscriber. I have some subscriptions with them for financial publications (newsletters). They are very nice, and if you answer and simply tell them you're "'not interested", they'll thank you for your time and not call back anymore.

Received a call on my business cell, they asked for me by name and then hung up. I'm currently being hassled by a collection agency in Michigan. Just sent them a certified letter to cease and desist all verbal communication and only communicate via the USPS. I figured the call was related. The timing was just too coincidental.

remove my name and contact no. from ur bulk list of unsolicited calls...
