got a call returned, no answer just a noise. hung up how do these people,stay just to bother us.

Call received from 801-456-4525 at 5:51pm New York time on my cel phone.  Didn't answer, and no message was left.  No new business and no reason for them to call me - especially on my very little used cell phone.

Called at 7:02PM, didn't leave a message.  Had my number for over a year and no relations w/businesses.  I don't even provide this number for personal use, provide an alternate #.  Not sure how they got it.

They called me at 7:18am on my cell phone, didn't leave a message.

I got a call from this number on the 19 of November 2008 and message left.It is bothering me...

Received this call at approximately 3:15pm.  No message.

Received phone call from this number, 2pm central, no caller ID.  I did not answer; no vm.

Just got a call om my cell phone from this number- they hung up when I answered the phone. I do not have a business.

got a call from this number a few days ago while at work. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I own a timeshare so I figured that it was a solicitor. I'm always getting a call from scam artists trying to get me to pay them money for supposedly helping to sell my timeshare.

got a call from this number and was trying to find out who it was. called cicero research, "we do not sell..."  gave me the option to opt and when I pressed 2 it hung up.

same here. I live on the east coast and do not know or do business with anyone in Utah. I do not answer calls that I do not know.

i´ve just received a phone call from this number, but I didn´t answered because it was a rare number, at least for me, because I´m from Spain.

Called wanted me to answer some questions for a poll - told him "no" and hung up.  Thought it may have been from my financial guy in Utah.

Got this call while I was at work, at 9:30am PT. Didn't pick up, caller left no message. I don't see a reason they'd be calling me (i.e. I'm not a business owner).  It annoys me so much that businesses give our phone numbers to others for marketing or "research" reasons.  I'm registered on the Do Not Call list.  Even when I had my landline, it didn't seem to work and I'd still get solicitors calling. There really needs to be a more stringent law against this, it's completely invasion of privacy.

Same thing... no message left.  Not sure why they called and I don't know anyone in Salt Lake.

I received a call from this number while at work today. I do not answer my cell phone at work, and wouldn't have anyway since I didn't know them. My husband got a call from Nextel last night and we both had our phone numbers put on the do not call list. Guess that is a joke too.

Called my cell phone about 2:30 pm cdt left no message and no caller ID showed

Received a call today from 801-456-4525 on my cell, this is not the first time.  I answer call, no one is there and within 5 - 10 seconds the call hangs up.

I didnt pick up..missed call..but due to the details listed above, good thing i didnt pick up ciceros call..
