Ok, everyone, regarding United Recovery Group,  this is what you need to do....file a complaint with the Utah department of State Banking when this company is located out of, file a complaint with your state Attorney General's Office, and the Utah State Attorney General's office, and the FTC, here's why: If they keep getting identical complaints about the same company, they can be shut down, and the Attorney General's Office as well as the FTC can initiate a class action lawsuit.....the representatives can also be fined for gross neglect of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

Actually, you should go into your counties court and file suit for harassment and contact your attorney general's office. There are laws against that form of communication. Also, since facebook messages are public to all of your friends, you may have him on third party disclosure. Forget the charges, file suit...

They are collecting for Dell Financial after 6 months of no contact, they have an office in all 50 states

And for everyone else, go online and search "cease and desist order"  you will find one for free.  If the company does not comply with it, you have them in a noose.  Record each time they call and the name of the caller, pretty soon they will be owing you bucks.

When you realize who it is. .  .tell them "hang on a minute, and then start the vacuum cleaner for a really long time.  I wouldn't call them back, keep the phone bill on their dime.  Their stupid enough to keep calling the wrong house, maybe when they see the phone bill for the previous month the boss will go biserk and bust a vein. . .

These [***] call me on my Blackberry. I am working overseas, so when they call, it is in the middle of the night here, and wakes me. I HAVE informed them that the person they are looking for is UNKNOWN to me, that they are waking me since I am overseas, but they still call. Unfortunately, I can not turn my phone off at night, since the perople I work for use this as emergency contact number.

yes I am complaining do to the fact that this agent named Link was calling my wife looking for me because I owe riverton hospitol some money. my wife told me he was being rude and disrespectful so of course I called to complain about the way Link talked to her and jus wanted him to apoligize for being rude how ever I ended up talking to his manager a female dont remember her name I told her what my wife told me she said they emailed her I said my wife never got it she told me that they never had problems sending emails before I said are you calling me a lier I admit I dropped some f bombs on her because she wasnt doing anything to satisfy my complaint she jus kept talking about making payment arangments I said Im not giving her my card info over the phone but at this time we were in argue mode so thats when the f bombs came but she was very unproffesional she made me feel like a lier she insulted my integrity  she passed judgment on me by calling me a debter she was yelling at me and over powering me with her yelling it got so bad with her that I just hung up on her. now I didnt want to jus give my credit card info over the phone because these days u gotta be careful with scams and honestly I know the situation I got myself in by not paying my bill that doesnt bother me im in a position to pay off my debt so by them calling me was not a problem, the problem was how they went about it they were very unproffesional very rude and disrespectful yes I wasnt the most pleasnt person to talk to concedring that i was upset in the first place on how this Link guy was talking to my wife but its pretty bad if a manager a REPRESENTATIVE OF U.R.G. is screaming and yelling at the costomer/client or whatever i am to a collection agency it was very unproffesional she made it personal by lableing me as a debter and by insulting my integrity and now I would like an apology and im sure she will tell u what I said and I wont lie i used the f word a few times but It was ME that called them and made a complaint about the very thing she pulled on me I dont want her fired or anything bad i just want her to apologize and this Link guy to apologize to my wife thats all I want and I hope they can be people of integrity since in her eyes Im not and step up to the plate and take care of there responsibilities and I will do the same regardless if they do or dont
