They call all the time. And since they call all the time, I'm thinking that they never get the answer they are looking for.

Just received a call from Onset Financial (according to caller ID) and spoke to a very rude jerk named Terry Russell.  He first asked for Jay and when I told him that there was no one here by that name, he asked for AJ.  When I told him that he was not in the office repeatedly and asked if I could take a message for him, he called me a liar - said that he knew he was in that he was expecting his call.  I hung up on him and haven't heard from him since.  If he does call back, as long as I answer the phone he'll NEVER get to speak to anyone except for me.  http://www.onsetfinancial.com/

He asked for the CEO.  CEO isn't in this week, I ask if I may take a message.  Very rudely asks why he can't have his voicemail.  Because his mailbox if full.  Oh, he says, I'll just email him (yeah right).  As I'm hanging up the phone I lose my grip and it falls to the floor, I ask a co-worker to grab it.  He calls back, with an even worse attitude believing I was still talking to him, or rather, talking about him.  He is so incredibly bad-mannered - who in their right mind would do business with this person?

This number constantly calls us ( 801-878-0600 ) they are extremely nasty and don't take no for an answer. They also refuse to take vm and lie saying that someone in our company is working with them. The caller had the gall to ask me to 'page'  one of the financial company principles.

They are a repeated nuisance caller. Sometimes calling between 3-7 times a day.

Agree with other recent posts - repeated nuisance caller - Onset Financial - they never leave messages (a hallmark of nuisance callers).  I never answer my phone if I don't know who it is - don't leave a message - don't deserve to have call answered.  They have called 3 times in less than 24 hours...

Guy just called from Onset Financial asking to speak to our Controller. I asked him what is it regarding and he said he had some information to give to the Controller. I asked him if this was something the Controller requested and he said yes. So I asked hin then what is the Controller's name? He said he didn't know and that he was just told to call and deliver the information. I asked him if he could email it and he said no so I told him I wasn't going to transfer him to the Controller since he doesn't even know the Controller's name. He asked me for my name and I simply said I was the Receptionist. He said he would have someone call back. Yeah right. I will be disconnecting every call from their number each time they call. Real Buggers.

HARRASMENT, INTIMIDATION TACTICS, PUSHY, RUDE, ARROGANT.  Oh ‘Taylor Weeks’ – first, your alias sounds like a cheap soap opera name. Nothing says giant loser than a cold caller from Utah with an ego the size of Texas.  Seriously? That’s all you got, Taylor?  Did your supervisor not train you on how to get past the gatekeeper? Let me enlighten you, little buddy.  You call my boss and I answer the phone.  You tell me to put you through to him as if you are someone important.  You don’t like my responses to you, so you try your hand at bullying and intimidating me.  Wrong move.  You lied about ‘working with our PE firm’.  My boss has no use for you.  You are an idiot.  Good luck in your big equipment leasing financing job!  What color is the sky in your boiler-room office?  If you think you are the next Alec Baldwin in Glen Garry, Glen Ross, please, sir, let me give you a dose of reality.  You are not even close.  You may want to try your hand at delivering pizza or bagging groceries.  You sir, are a giant loser.

STOP CALLING MY BOSS ALREADY!  My boss gets at least two calls a day from these bozos.  They are different people most of the time but I'm starting to recognize some of the same names and voices.  I've asked them to get him off of their call list and they indicate that they all work from different lists!  How darn annoying!  Not that we are interested in their product but if we were we would never do business with a company that doesn't have a grip on their sales calls.  They are harassing us so I harass them.

A subhuman male from this organization left a creepy message on wife's phone at work. I think he meant to scare and intimidate. I called the company to complain and nothing. To bad for them, I'm forwarding the voicemail to the South Jordan Utah Police Chief( because that's Onset financials home base). This type of behavior should not be tolerated!!!

They call non stop! RUDE. No professional skills at all. You can tell they work on quotas. And they like to argue with you. Want to know peoples schedules. NO way. You mess with the gatekeeper and you won't get anywhere.

Onset Financial will not leave us alone, beyond harassment! I have no idea how this is legal.  I have told them at least seven times this week alone (and it's only Tuesday) our CFO is not interested.  These men are rude, unprofessional and obviously on commission.  I know commission workers can get hungry but oh my, this staff must be starving!  They need Jesus!
