This "Ronnie Anderson" is obviously a fake. i saw him in another website saying the same exact thing. I think he's one of the tafiti consulting guys and tryin to trick people making you think tafiti is not a scam.

I also got scammed by tafiti consulting and the wealth info guy program, which is completely fake by the way. They took $1000.00 from me initially and they promised me that I will be making money within my 1st month  from starting with them but I have to pay them $280/ month to continue on their program of "training".

After I made my first payment of $1000.00, I was told that I also need to pay an additional $39.99/month so that they can host a website for me and without that I can't really succeed in their dream program. I refused to pay the additional $39.99 hosting fee because I got hosting from go daddy for only $3.99/ month which was way too cheap and better than their rip off so called hosting fee.

Now, I'm in my third month and I didn't make any money following their stupid steps and watching their stupid movies from the 1999-2002 era of  the internet that basically will teach you some of the old techniques of internet marketing.

My website is sitting in the middle of no where without even a single customer visit for the last three months. So, I decided to stop making the $280/ month payment and I decided to exit their program and not continue that mess anymore.

When I contact them to ask for a refund, they refuse to provide me with a refund and they told me that once I start their so called "training program" I can't just quit and I have to continue on and keep on paying them or otherwise they threatened that they will ruin my credit history.

Today, I was contacted earlier by a bank called montreal financial claiming that those guys(go tafiti or tafiti consulting and the wealth info guy) took a loan from them somehow in my name and now I have to pay them the loan back or they will start a collection on my credit.

Can any one please help me in getting out of this mess and get my money back. Any ideas how to protect my credit history from those online scammers?? Please help. I will also file a complaint at the BBB online for both go tafiti consulting and the wealth info guy, and I hope that everyone that got scammed by those guys do the same too to revel the true face of these online scammers and help others not to get involved with them.

Any additional help or advice from any one is greatly appreciated.

Angela Penbrook (Thats a DBA - there probably isn't an Angela Penbrook) and Ridgecrest Consulting have phone numbers in common.  I believe Penbrook is scouting "referrals" for Ridgecrest/Tafiti.  It's interesting to me that in a marketplace flooded with computer-savvy people anxious for extra income, that Tafiti sought out, recruited, signed up, an older woman, who though perfectly bright, knows nothing about either computers or retail business.  Shouldn't a responsible business be working with customers who are more likely to succeed, rather than actively seeking out people who are clearly more likely to fail?  In fact, in this economic climate they shouldn't have to be recruiting clients at all.  People should be pounding down their doors for an "opportunity" like this.

I have received 5 calls from Ridgecrest Cons at 801-878-8330.  They do not leave a message and, since I do not pick up calls from people I don't know, I have not answered the phone. It was really becoming a pain in the rearend to have them call all the time so I looked up the number on Google and found a gazillion complaints regarding this company. I WILL pick up next time and give them a piece of my mind. They really don't want an angry red-head on their back...big mistake! Thanks to all of you that have commented on this outfit. It's been an enlightenment!!

I also received a call from (801)878-8330 which came up as Ridgecrest Const. on my caller ID.  I spoke to the guy for quite a while & he asked a lot of questions.  I asked how he got my phone # & he said that he was following up on people who were previously (or currently?) with the Angel Stevens program...which is A HUGE SCAM!!!  He wanted a lot of info. & when I gave very short, but polite answers - he said something about it sounding like I have a hard time conforming.  I said "You can't expect me to give you a lot of info. or personal info. when you're a complete stranger!".  He said he didn't realize I didn't know him & introduced himself as Blake...like that made me know him instantly.  lol  He was offering an internet business deal that is guaranteed to make money, but not illegal like the others had always ended up being.  He wanted to create a profile on me (which he was as we spoke) to see if I would be a worthy candidate for the business being offered.  He said that if I qualified, then his director would want to speak to my husband & I together.  I told him that my husband would not speak to someone he didn't know & that I'd have to have some information to give him before he'd even consider it.  "Blake" said that we didn't sound like likely candidates because he could not give me the info. I needed.  He said that only his director could provide all of the details & he wouldn't speak to me unless he could speak to BOTH of us.  So...he told me to have a nice night & good luck in my future endeavors.  Seems to me that if you can't give any detailed information, YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE!!!!

I also received a call from Ridgecrest.  I was interested in the Ebay Success System.  I thought I was working with Ebay.  However, that part of their advertising trick.  This guy Geriet (pronounced Garret)does sound extremely professional.  They do ask alot of questions.  I was informed by Gariet that Punta is an ex-cop and may sound a little gruff.  That made me suspicious.  Punta should be calling soon and I will inform him the the BBB has rated him an "F".

If you're so frustrated why didn't you answer the phone on the second, or, I don't know, third call?  You could simply say I don't take unsolicited phone calls so would you please stop calling.  What's fascinating is how quickly you join the bandwagon in defaming a company that you've had no experience with.  They've only tried to call you...  Yeah, that really pisses me off too!  Telemarketers should die of gonorrhea and rot in hell, but that doesn't mean I'm going to claim a company that I've had no interaction with is a scam because they market their products via the telephone.  Grow a pair and tell him to not call back, and stop acting like the schoolyard b***h.

Thank goodness for all your posts!  I had signed up for another company, thinking it was a legitimate work from home job, I am not up for scamming people to get their money.  Then I got this phone call from a man wanting to help build a business from home.  I had missed about 4 calls prior.  They asked if my husband was there to listen in, so I got him. They proceeded to ask a bunch of questions to see if you "qualify" for the help they are wanting to offer.  "Personal Mentor", someone to walk you through the whole process.  First month could easily make $1000 - $1500, by 6 month $2000-$3000.  Must be able to put in 5 - 10 hours per week.  You need to put money into a business to make money.  I am to be receiving a call today at 3:15 from the "director", who they say is named "Mr. Sam Norman"  do you not know him.  We replied no.  So far we have made it through the process, and we are going to get an excellent review to "Mr. Sam Norman", from this "Assistan", named Riley!  Now that I have read these reports, I am pissed off as well!  I guess, there are ignorant people out there, all the best to them!  I truly believe what goes around comes around in life, so good luck! Thanks again to all the people who posted, I hope I help someone also!  Also, to "Ronnie/Robbie"  what is up with that!  How stupid do these people think some of us are?

Call from Ridgecrest con (caller ID) at the 1-801-878-8330 number. A Ray of National Marketing resources explains the business as a "whole sale drop shipper" business. Cost of the tuition to learn this business runs $2400 to $4430 depending on the level amount you wish to make each month (say 3k to 6K). There was no time given to read the web sites that he takes you to and he needs an answer upon the end of his call (to get you started). Not sure how anyone can spend this large amount of money before really knowing how the program works. Tells us that the tuition can be made back by charging the program to your credit card (yikes). States that we use OPM (other peoples money). He also stated that the tuition is "warranted for 30? days or until you make back your tuition cost or they will work with you for free until the tuition is earned back.  HUH???? When asked if we could read and research about it (think about it) - we are turned down for this business based upon our not being able to make a "business decision".  Amazing................. Who makes decisions this fast with this amount of money at state; especially when this amount is going to be placed on your credit card??? Remember folks that this is NOT a TAX free business (not on 3K to 6 K per month) and you may be required to get a TAX ID number (Business license) based on the State and area in which you live so that you may this sort of business out of your home. According to my research most good companies allow you to take the fees out of your sales. Do your research.

Spoke to a Ray Ponteda (retired Police Officer). He asked me to go to www.kansascity.bbb.org  then under "Check out a business or charity"  type in National Marketing resources. National Marketing resources, LCC comes up and then (816) 903-6100 - 351 W. Washington    PO BOX 1208    Kearney, MO 64060    (800) 261-9038. Click on them and you will see their ratings......... Not to shabby???- well not to sure. Read it - You be the judge.

The other number we were given to talk to a Scott was 1-800-893-9314 Ext 4324. Note how this number is not listed under the BBB listing for the "National Marketing Resources".

Scott also referred to this business as "process affiliates".  (We take a great deal of notes).

We were given Mr. Ray Ponteda (Punta) direct phone number of 1-800-893-9314 Ext. 4318. Note: Also not listed under the BB web site we were referred to.

    So what gives?

Not sure if this is a "legit"  business or not. Just seems strange to charge $2400 to $4430 on your private credit card as well as any other fees for a business they seem not to give much information about other than you can make 3k to 6K a month for 2 hours per day 5 days a week by taking classes? That my friends would be 10 hours per week. Sounds to good to be true.

We asked Ray "Why isn't everyone across the country doing this business then?" He states that it is the fees most folks can't get over ($2400 to $4430). That is a great deal of money of you ask me...

    Be careful folks

    Please read our prior posts...

A look up those 800 numbers and it come up as Ridgecrest/Tafiti consulting company and Angela Penbrook Scams.

If you goggle Tafiti and Angela Penbrook you wil be able to read a great deal of NEGATIVE commends and complaints on these companies.

Once again we were told that their company name was National Marketing resources.

More research show that another company called DOBA (sister company) is also involved. Please see this Web site

    http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/tafiti-consulting-c91609.html

Much of what was written there are the SAME QUESTIONS we were asked. We just never took the bait.

Some folks have listed this web site (Internet Crime complaint)http://www.ic3.gov/ to report the scams.

This was also listed for those of us that lost $ -

'how to get your money back' The link is: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/313/RipOff0313613.htm

Also call your local & state attorney generals office and FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. When they get enough complaints they go after that company by running a full fledged investigation of the scam. When they are found to be a Scam they will be banned from the State as well as announced on local media News stations as well a local Newspapers.

We are happy that we did not get scammmed. We could have lost $4500 or more. We were happy to have wasted 1.5 hours of Rays time amd roughly 2 hours of Scotts time as well.

Old folks are not to gullable after all............

Ray Ponteda (Punta) called from Ridgecrest Con. HUM........ Seems now that he wants us to join his business after turning us down yesterday. Head games? We told him that we are not interested due to our research on the internet and the negative items we had read. His tone of voice changed to being rather nasty and so we hung up on him.  Ray called back to state that the company name he gave us was not his company and that the company that he showed us (National Marketing Resources) was a good company. IF this compnay is not his company than WHY show us how good that company is? Why not show us WHO his company is and let us do the research without the pressure. There is a large stake of money at risk here.  Ray was actaully screaming at us over the phone. We again stated that we are not interested. But he simply screamed that he did not want anyone that can't do the research to be a part of his company. Ray then promptly hung up on us. Good and honest sales people do not loose their cool and scream at "potential" customers. If a customer hangs up on you; you do not call them back to scream back at them. How childish is that? Even if he was a good company we would NOT do business with someone of this nature. We have walked out of stores for less.

Creeps! Stole a facebook identity, then suddenly my credit card was compromised - first time ever! When they called, they told me I was a liar. I have this image of slimballs in sleezy cheap suits sitting in a dirty little room dialing, dialing, dialing. What sleezbags.
