number keeps calling. i dont know the number so i dont answer. they never leave a message.

I get a call 1-2 times a day from this # 803-605-0857. When I answer it sounds like someone is on the other line breathing then they hang up.

Received a call from this number. I didn't answer due to not being near my phone. I didn't recognize the number so I decided to look it up since I live in the Columbia, SC area. Thought I would comment here as well.

Call from this S.C. number and on answering machine a man kept saying Hello Hello, and the message went on and on he said something about a vacation and he said I know you are over 21 and have a credit card and you could win a vacation. This is a scam and I know it. I never answer any number I do not know. Warning I have seen on local news about all these scams. BEWARE

This company keeps calling me from different numbers (like 701-557-0322).  Each call is the same.  A woman on a recorded message  (who DOESN'T identify herself or the company she's with!) claims that she is preparing papers to serve on me at my house or place of work, because 2 counts of fraudulent action have been reported on my social security number.  I am then told that if I don't call and speak to a rep I will be forfeiting my rights.  The woman leaves a phone number and a case number.  When I call and try to leave a message the voice mailbox is ALWAYS full so I have to stay online until someone picks up.  When someone finally does, they refuse to disclose the name of their company. And when they're told not to call any more, they get rude and hang up and then call again a few days later with the exact same recorded message.

Missed call on my cell.  Called Back & got  the Verizon message "The number you dialed has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service.  If you feel you have reached this number in error .....  Announcement 2 switch-189-101"  Translation: this is a call from a scammer!

BTW - Did you know that it is illegal for a company to call & threaten to have someone put in jail?  I had a scammer from this area code call me in Feb. 2015 threaten this so I don't answer any calls from 803.

So far, 4 calls from this number but it's blocked since first 2 when I found it was a spoofed #.

called me, I did not answer, no message left.  Just reporting it so maybe they/it can be stopped.

I usually do not answer these calls but someone slipped this to my cell phone, which I barely use. Called said "Congratulations, you have won a free trip to the Bahamas" and I immediately hung-up.

I unblocked this number from my Vonage Call Blocking on 6/18 since their last unwanted call was on 4/13. It called again this morning and was still blocked as "Cell Phone SC," much to my surprise. I did a little checking and now believe this unwanted caller has made the big time... BLOCKED BY THE FREE CALL BLOCKING SERVICE... AHHAAAaaaa, the Free Call Blocking Service has finally caught up with and added this scammer to their list and now has these jerks blocked for free. On-line, Google <Free Call Blocking Service> especially for unwanted ROBO calls. We also have a Panasonic Call Blocking Phone and the free blocking service of Vonage... need not add this free blocked scammer to our phone... the free service now has them covered... NEAT!!!

Just received a call from 803-605-0857 on my landline, answered because it said "Wireless Caller".  We get lots of calls that say "Wireless Caller" and it is usually family or friends calling from a cell phone.  I got a male voice (American accent) that asked if I could hear them, I said "Yes", they said "Thanks, this is customer service" and then hung up.  I called the number back and got a Verizon message that this is not a working #.  Some people have too much time in their day to be able to harass people for no apparent reason!  Will never answer that # again!!!

Rec'd a call from this number and answered.  I was told since I stayed in a motel chain recently but did not receive my reward, I was on the list to received a 4 day stay at Disneyworld but I needed to ask a few questions.  When he said according to his records I was at least 21 and had a credit and debit cards, I hung up.

Missed the call on my cell phone and they left no message. Checked this site and what do you know...turns out to be a bonafide scammer.  Wish there was some way to make their ears bleed when they call.

we got this call, (and keep getting this call!) We LOVE this call! We've taken their "free cruise" at least 3X now, lol! Last trip cost us 296$ total, and that included gas to drive from SC to south FL to and from the dock and 1 breakfast on the road for a Bahama cruise (2 day) for 2 people. If everyone took them up on their offer and do not buy ANYTHING they try to sell you (you have to listen to a vacation share shill) we could run them out of business. Its less than 75$ a day, a person to get some sun, GREAT food, great floor shows, swimming pool and hit tub use, - its a perfect vacation. Just don't spend any money for add ons - don't drink any booze (about 10$ a pop for drinks) you get all the water/coffee, hot-cold tea/juices you can drink free, you don't have to buy any shore excursions, any photos of yourselves.
we also are going to Orlando in sept as a free 2 day stay in a nice hotel - just pay a tax - so why not, it will cost about 15$ a day per person AND we get 2 free tickets to any 1 park of our choice - sooo, we're going to epcot for the day on that 15$ too - lol, everyone should play their game, it costs them. (this came for taking another time share talk just before we boarded the boat - we had time to kill and they could only keep us til boarding opened  - so it was a short and sweet thanks but no thanks and we got our Orlando trip!)
