supposedly number to call to cancel order made through paypal at target for expensive TV.
Target doesn't use gmail addresses for confirmation, IDIOT.

Its a scam!!!!

Scam! It's an email. "Call this number to dispute charges of $659.99 for an electronic order paid by your PayPal account," which of course was bogus. Errors in the email clearly show it's a scam.

My sister received an email stating a charge to Target for  499.00. Call this # to contact billing team. They made the email to appear as though it was PayPal. She called this # and spoke to 2 different people who had a foreign accent. Right off the bat they wanted a cell # and credit or debit card #. She hung up. Definitely a scam.

email from Paypal telling me I bought 2 speakers at Target and I've been billed 499.00  Call this number if not your purchase.  smells like a scam.

1 (803) 692-1229. telling me I bought a bluetooth sound system for $497.99 this morning at 6am. This is bogus and a crime.

same, email that said I purchased a bluetooth speaker and they were a total scam when I called trying to get personal information.

This is a total scam.  Do not call this number; Target /Paypal would never use a gmail address to contact you.

I received an e-mail from Alex <alicehook9438@gmail.com> using this number, it said my order from Walmart was paid through my Paypal.  I checked my Paypal account there is no transaction in there for $489, so I just deleted the e-mail.  I really wish these people could find a descent way to make money.

Received email today saying I brought a computer through Walmart and PayPal.  From personal Gmail account.  Spam.  Thanks for the advice when I looked up the number.

Received email with this number claiming to be Paypal about a purchase I made. Of course i didn't. SO i called and when i asked them for their physical address for payment review they hung up. SPAM!!

Yes, exactly the same - same number to call. I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy tablets from Walmart for $475.99. I knew it had to be phishing, but called PayPal actual customer service at 402-935-7733. Confirmed it was a scam and reported to them (PayPal). They told me they had received numerous calls about same  #. :(
