My home phone caller ID indicated Chrysler. I have a feeling it is a new car survey as I bought a Jeep a couple of months ago.

Same number called me. I just recently purchased a Dodge. I was informed by the Dealer that I would be receiving a phone call from their 800 number asking some survey questions in regard to my purchase and how I was treated by the dealers and staff.

Only problem being that I told them not to call after 3, and any time before 3. Way to listen to your customers, you knuckleheads.

I get these calls 4 times a day and when I do answer it, it is an automated message that tells me I have an important call and to hold and stay on the line for a representative to answer my call.  Ummm why the heck am I to wait for somebody to answer my call when they are the ones calling.  This is ridiculous.

Received 2 calls from this #.  Did not answer.

i googled that annoying phone number and was led to this awesome page.  everyone saying the exact thing that was happening to me!   (I just bought a patriot)
In this forum, someone mentioned a 'do-not-call' automated registration.  I called it and it was indeed the company , "merritt research"... you just enter your number when prompted and then they say it may take up to 3 days to take effect.  thanks internet-people!

Receiving very annoying calls from 808-234-9032 every day for a week at night, I have filed a complaint with the FCC as I am on the Do Not Call Registry and am still receiving these calls.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message.  How can I get them to stop calling?

So tired of all of the annoying phone calls on these cell phones 804-234-9032 just called. I must block 5 a week

how do you block on cell phone?  I too am getting these call, also on registry - doesnt seem to make a difference - WHY cant someone do something about this crap?

Bought Dodge couple month ago, maybe they calling now

Its a research company hired by Chrysler to do surveys on new customers.-----you can tell them how about  the dealer service after you bought a new car from dealer, it is evaluation process to help chrysler to know what the dealer do for you.  I knew that some dealer uses his own phone number to give themself a good feedback and left the real customer alone (because they don't know what you will give them for the feed back). if you answer the phone call,it will help the chryler to push the dealer to serve the customer better.

give him your opinion, this is the best way.

I keep getting calls from this number and they hang up as soon as I answer. I recently purchased a Jeep but financed through my local credit union. How is this legal that they don't say anything. UGH!
