This is a survey and not a sales call so the Do-not-call list does not apply. Also, if you purchased or leased a Chrysler/Dodge, when you signed the contract, you gave them or affiliates special permission to call you. Read your contract. I hate sales calls as much as anyone but this seemed to be a true survey and was indicated on the contract I signed.

Got this number on my cell tonight. I didn't pick up. I live in Quebec and I drive a Honda . Wonder why they called here if it's a survey for Dodge/Chrysler :-/

This number has called me 3x in the past 6 days. I DO own a Dodge vehicle, but I do NOT want to be bothered with the survey. I guess I should have just done the one they sent in my email to avoid getting the calls. I don't really feel like answering the phone for them. How can I get them to stop??

Chrysler got a bail out from the government to stay in business, they're getting my money directly because I like the Jeep brand and quality, now they have an annoying marketing company constantly calling and not leaving a message.

Just like the rest of you.  Call comes nearly every day.  And I am the proud owner of a Chrysler 200.  Car is great.  Research company SUCKS!

Yeah... I just got about 4 weeks ago brand new Ram 1500 from a Dodge dealer and now getting calls from 1-804-234-9032... I wish they wouldn't call me.

Several different numbers.  I don't give a rat's a@# which company it is, I love my Town and Country too, but if this is Chrysler's Gov't paid way of outsourcing or whatever, they've lost a customer, Period!

I notice page 1 of these posts goes all the way back to '08 so this number has been used to annoy people for a very long time.  Like many other posters, we just took delivery on a new Jeep a few days ago.  I, too, would love to answer a survey if it came to me via email or snail mail.  I'm not talking to any of these douches on the phone, nor am I answering verbally to a robot.  I would love to tell them about our recent purchasing experience, but when they call and leave no message on a Saturday afternoon......well, as far as I'm concerned they can go love themselves.

If you call the number back they will tell you who they are, (Merrit Research on behalf of Crysler LLC) and why they are calling and that they will try to call you again BUT if you do not wish to get another call from them, you can be added to their "NO CALL" list. They are research so they are not affected by National No Call List. I will await their call as I had the best car buying experience of my life, (there have only been 5), and I will gladly share that. FYI, it was at Christopher Dodge World in Golden, Colorado. :)

804-234-9032 called me numerous times during past month.  Started when I looked at Jeep's.  I did buy a Summit yesterday locally and it is not the dealership calling me.   I hate these calls and I tell the guy or gal to bug off in no uncertain lady-like words!  I'm reporting them to FCC.  Creeps.

Recently purchased a Dodge. Keep getting calls from this number, I don't pick up. Caller ID says it's coming from Virginia. Bah. Well, I will keep ignoring them. Glad to see I'm not alone.

I purchased a Dodge Ram truck on thursday, started getting calls from this number on Friday, said unknown number, I did not answer, they did not leave a mrssage! Same number called again Saturday afternoon, again I did not answer, and again no message. Today, Sunday, they call again! I Google the number and get this site. So like the others on here, it must be Dodge/Chrysler, but to call on a Sunday and also don't leave any message when they call! Or at the very least, when they call, let the caller ID display who they are! That would help big time! Don't thry know that alot of people will not answer their phone when the caller ID displays 'Unknown number'! I automatically think its a telemarketer calling, so I don't answer.

I keep getting calls from this number, they do not leave a message. I am on the on call list. They call at least 3 times a day including Sundays. I will not answer caller that come up in my caller ID I don't recognize.

It is annoying but read the posts above. Call 1 800 864 8601 and add your number to the do not call listfor this company. it is compeltely automated and only takes a second,

I bought a new dodge as well so leave me alone.
