You got that right.The number traces back to waverly va.VOIP neutral.Now intelliquent.Checked the company doesn't seem to be any way to trace the number through the same company that its listed as being from.Though they are legitimate.

Robocalls are supposedly already illegal.Any other suggestions there Sherlock?

They called and didn't leave any message.I had personal reasons to call back.I thought it may have been legitimate.The only choice I had was press 1 to remove name from list which I actually did.The number traces to waverly not Cumberland[spoofing].There is a company in waverly that sells aggressively possibly illegally medical supplies exc.The State of Virginia knows about this.I hope this is the number in question.They will stop calling me.I have heard from others if you can find the right number you can get off the list.They have a boatload of numbers they use.

Just received call.  Have sick husband in bed so HAD to answer it quick.  Some crook with recorded message from "Account Services" that wants to lower my interest rate on credit card.  I'm sure they'd LOVE to have the number of the card!!  Hung up 1/2 way thru call to make sure not legitimate.  Crooks EVERYWHERE!!  Number blocked - came in on Caller ID as Cumberland VA.

Call to a cellphone.  Presumed telemarketer.

Please press one now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates or press two to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day."

i blocked it.  i don't know anyone named cumberland, va.  people:  there is no law making you
answer unfamiliar numbers.  if it is for real, they'll lv a message and have a legitimate call back
number.

They called twice in 2 days. I don't pick up. They don't leave a message. I am going to block them right now. Caller ID says "Out of Area."  Nice.  Not.

Yet another scam call. As Anne noted above, if it is a legitimate call, they will identify themselves and leave a number that you can call back.
Telescammers are the enemy, telescammers must be destroyed!

Per the FTC website:
