We got 3 calls from this number in one day. Same thing, there is no one there when I pick up. Called them and of course got an answering machine with a unintelligible name. Luckily I have a phone service that allows me to block numbers I do not want to call through, then they can just waste their time and it doesn't bother my family.

i recieved 16 times from that number and all times they never answer and i always waste my minutes

804-665-1478. This number calls harrassly at all hours at a time. Won't answer. Rings once and that's it. I see others have been harrassed by this number

I am getting 4+ calls per day. The very first one told me abut "free" magazine subscriptions - which I refused. After that it's been mostly hangups or no one there. I got one answer where I told them I'd reported them & not to call anymore - they hung up on me while I was still talking. I reported to the FTC and added my cell to the national do not call list. Of course, I'm still getting calls.

Got call today, fraud, does not care if you are on no call list of somethings, says I gave the number (cant be dumb than that), says he does not care for any government list, insists that they are legit !!!!

They called twice, hang up just as I answer. I googed the number and found this.

They call EVERY day, multiple times a day.
When we answer they hang up, if we dont answer they dont leave a message.

I've gotten 20+ calls a day for the past 3 days! I'm glad I have long distance but my parents pay for my phone not me, if they see out of state numbers I get in trouble. :( I didn't even put my name in for anything having to due with college so why is a college loan business from the other side of the US calling my cell? I want it to stop!

Called asked for someone unknown to me. I hung up.

Two calls from this number today.  Caller ID said, "RICHMOND VA." My answering machine was on for both calls.  Only one "message" was left, and it was just some unintelligible vocal mutterings with typical call center background noise.  I'm on the National Do Not Call list so these calls are in violation.  I will file a report with the National Do Not Call Registry today.

i got called by 804-665-1478 no message left but when i called back it said messeage box was full. what is this.

They have been calling four or five times a day for a couple of weeks. When i answered once, they said they were the education authority. I asked from where. They said they were affiliated with all colleges and universities. They then said that my husband had requested information on higher education. I laughed and hung up. That was two days ago. If anything, the number of calls has increased.

First thing that came to my mind was Social Security Administration!!  Nope...WRONG  the company is S.S.(something) Associates in Virginia. I called the number back, got a very fast speaking recorded announcement, telling me the name of the company and to leave a message with my call back number. I have no idea what or who they represent. The recorded voice is very fast and not very clear. You cannot hear/understand the full name of the company??

has been calling for the last week. i answer i get dead silence. i play the most obnoxious music for them to listen to. they eventually get nuff n hang up. I get a laugh out of it. soulja boys, "hey you there" is a favorite :D

Received at least 5 calls on my cell number in the past week, all times of the day.  Never leave a message.  Returned call goes to voice mail with a garbled, inaudible announcement.

Received multiple calls from this #, never leave a message, but have rec'd probably 6-7 of them in last 10 days.  Make it stop!!
