I received a call from this number also, this man said he was John Williams and was claiming that I had done a payday loan with American Padyday Loans, he had all my personal information including my complete social security number. When I asked him to send me a copy of the check I supposedly received he changed the subject and said he had a affadavit, which I asked him to send to me via e-mail, he avoiding answering that question as well and responded by asking me if the name of my bank was......(not telling anyone else, sorry) and I told him I haven't had that bank for a year, so he is wrong about the loan. He threatened me by saying the investigators (didn't specify the agency, could be insect investigators for all I know) and the police would be coming to my door, I asked him to tell me which day so that I can call my local police department and have them meet here together, at that point he hung up!!!!
