Received a voicemail from the number 18056377243. The number does not appear on the received call log but shows when launching the "listen to voicemail" feature on my cell phone by hitting the voicemail "key". The message is a very poor recording with what sounds like someone making static noice with a very low volume voice saying what appears to be "I'm watching you. I know what you're doing. I'm going to kill you."

Geez people, has no one tried calling this number back?

It is the voicemail system for TMobile. I use it all the time to check my VM messages from my home phone. You have the option to 1.) Check your own message or 2.) Leave a VM message for another TMobile user.

Anyone can leave you a voice mail through 18056377243 without ever having dialed your number. So it is an ideal number for pranksters to use.

Right, but I guess you haven't thought of oh... maybe dialing the number directly from your cell phone? Bet it'll go straight to the voicemail system. :/

I have had a half dozen calls from this number. The longest was 1min. 16sec. When I called back ontty (hearing impaired) they told me if I have a message box to give the number.

Some of you are idiots. It's T Mobile Voice messaging. So if you get a call from that number...it only means that someone left you a message. Just google the number without acting like OMG

Just got a call from this number and a guy left message that says, "Call me ... ASAP"

if you hear voicemail messages.. its because people have left you messages.
not SOMEONE calling from that number..
its like them paging you, telling you that you have a message because sometimes your phone wont ring when people call you.. due to whatever technical issues tmobile has.

I got a call from this number, they left no message and hung up

This idiot keeps calling my cell phone number every week.  I never answer it nor will I call back.

yesterday I received 6 calls from this number ,they left no message and hung up.

A person identified as Jerry, a Comcast employee, has called me several times for the past week.
I suspect they keep calling me on behalf of Comcast, requiring that I return their equipment. However, there's no such a problem. I think they somehow found out that I recently disconnected the Comcast service and were trying reach me by any means. Also, I had also received unidentified (unknown) phone calls. The voicemail was about the same Comcast thing.

I RECEIVED a call from this number (805-637-7243) and when I tried to dial my voice mail (clearly it goes to the same number).  I got an answering machine that said, some to the effect of... "We are a textiles manufacturing company and please take care of the earth."  Then it beeps like a regular answering machine.

Since the #1 on my cell-phone has this number programmed to it, I can no longer get my voice mail messages this way.  I have to dial my cellphone number directly.  It's like the lines are crossed.  The message is also sort of wierd and does not sound like a valid business.

I also noticed that if you call it from another phone, I do get the tmobile voice mail system.  I took out my sim card and the issue seems to have resolved. - for now.

The same recorded messages , the same lady's voice called and left voice messages in my cellphone  many times and this week of Aug., she called and left the voice messages second time  again in my cell and said" this is the voice message from Bank of America and she asked a return call at 1-866-754-1587, then when she called again she said "return call at 1-866-901-9856,  and she said" this is not telemarketing , this is from the bank of america". What is this? I do not know these people, I don't have account in bank of america and how and where did they get my cellphone number?

I didn't answer it, but I have "Psycho Killer" as a caller tune for anybody who calls my number...That 805 number *is* the back door number for t-mobile voice mail, and it makes me wonder if something or someone has our voice mail account numbers or something, since t-mobile is linked to our SSNs.  JP

One more thing...ATT & Comcast are two major corporations that have contracts with the Gov for unwarranted surveillance. Bank of America has had some problems too. Do any of you have large brokerage accounts? I've had a Telnet account linked to my VM as well and I don't have membership. Do any of you think you may be under investigation for anything? There are some real weirdos out there who are pretty savvy with wireless gizmos, looking for money.

4 calls from this number yesterday. no messages. whats up with this number?

Debt collector; told them I would report them to the Attorney General and Consumer Protection people.  I have received about 25 calls from them in the last five days.  Totally unacceptable.  I don't owe anybody any money for anything.

I have no idea who is calling from this number or why.  Whomever it is should be fined for harrassment.

Received this call on my cell phone @ 5:33 p.m., ON 9/25/2008.  No one answered. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST...PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO STOP THIS.
