Got call on cell phone and when picked up there was an automated msg from which I couldn't figure out the name but it mentioned that i have a msg and press 9 in order to retrieve it. After pressing 9, it went into waiting mode as if it was connecting to some actual phone no (may be an agent). This is first time, I received a call from this #.

It's a debt collection agency.  I received the same phone call and was successfully connected.  They're based out of Tampa, and I believe "Denmen" was a part of the name.

Found out who this number is.  Hunter Warfield is a collection company out of Tampa FL.  They call numerous times every day and all you ever get is an automated number.

Robot call. When attempted to contact a person was placed on hold for over 2.5 minutes. Hung up. Phone ID is that of Hunter Warfield, a collection agency out of Tampa,FL. Telephone number matches. Unfortunately for them, I have absolutely no idea who they are calling for, a new name to me. Have had my number for over 4.5 years.

I do not, and never will respond to calls where the caller does not identify her/himself. who they represent and what it is in regards to.

I received a call from this company. To the best of my knowledge, I do not have any unpaid debts and until I receive hard copy of a claim against me, I will not respond.

I agree these people call all the time making threats I will not respond anymore

They called & left message with some # to call back concerning a debt. Could not understand the # or the name of the Collections. I replied by pressing a reply & stating I didn't owe any outstanding debt. They called again & left same mess. I couldn't make out. I then called the # on my ph. & machine said "Hunter Warfield Collections."Then the same voice person came on telling me I owed over $5000.00 in unpaid rent in SLC, Ut. for the year of 2015/2016. I told him I was born & raised in Northern Wyoming. He did have my complete SS #, name & address in Wyoming. I told him it still was not me because I did not live in Utah. He said he was going to send me the Fraud forms to fill out & send back. I'll wait to see if I receive the forms.

P.S. it is not up to you to prove that you do not owe the debt.  It is up to them to prove that.  That is the law.  Make them follow it and do not do their work for them.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize; I don't return calls unless someone leaves a message that gives me a good reason to call back.
Search engine results trace this number to Hunter Warfield Collections.
Interesting, since all of my accounts are up to date and I have a good credit score...
