Receiving calls from this number. No one on the other end When I return the call it's music playing.

This company is trying to sell crappy Lifealert type services. They don't stop calling even after you tell them that you have already had the service that they are selling. Idiots on the phone, they keep trying to read you their script even as you tell them to stop calling you and remove you from their list. Of course, they don't remove you, they just leave it in the router <RDU> and it calls you every day and hangs up. Wish I could find out a contact for this company so that my attorney can have a field day with the regulations that they are knowingly breaking.

After calling the main number listed on Dialmetrics.com site and finding that it is disconnected, their homepage shows an update last in 2009,  I contacted several of the listed partners on their partners link. Avayas Security Department is now investigating the use of their company name and logo by Dialmetrics, as well as Dell , and Cisco similar departments. Hopefully these shysters will be shut down by a larger force than we the people, as we seem to be getting nowhere with it individually. There is also a 919-647-9834 number that I have received calls tagged as being from Dialmetrics as well. When contacted at this number a "Floor Supervisor" claims that he will resolve the issue and thanks me for my attention. Not at all surprised to receive yet another call from the same number today, I called back and was told the same thing again by a different "Floor Supervisor", claiming his name is Tony. This is an offshore telemarketing company, do not trust them with ANY information, including your name and address.

I received a call and a voice mail message this morning.  I listened to the voice mail and the speech was so heavily accented that I could not understand it.  Something about providing more detail on their services.

Based on the comments above, I have blocked this number.
