We keep getting calls at odd hours from this number which forward to our cell phone. Suspicious that it was one of those Cayman island scams, we finally googled number which apparently belongs to IC Systems, whatever or whoever that is. We do not have an account with or do busines with a vendor of that name and  and we NEVER answer calls from unrecognizable numbers, especially on a cell phone. These people should be reported for fraudulent activities.

Just a little insight for all of you being bugged,  I.C. Systems does have an office in Tampa, Florida, also 1 in Boca Raton, Fl. and several more across the country, Home office is in St. Paul Minnesota. You can pull up their website at I.C. Systems.com. I just called the 813 office and was routed to Minn. asked for the address for the tampa office and was denied, lady said she didn't know it or the phone number for there.

I've been harrassed all day.  Their looking for Cathy, I'm not, and I don't owe anything.  My Kids are calling them like crazy and pranking them. There is only a female and male working.  My kids are having a great time.  Unlimited calling on a cell phone is great with free long distance, I say "kids go crazy"

i just got a new number last night and already this number appears.  What the hell??  Ive never even banked with washington mutual and nor has the account holder of the phone.  Im gonna get nasty when they call next and i answer.  If that doesnt work ill be in Florida in a few months and ill show up in person

My son is struggling to find a job and is overdue on several bills.  He has made minimum payments and attempted to work out a plan for this.  In the meantime, 2 creditors began calling me including IC Systems, which calls about 4 times a day.  Can't someone put a stop to this?  I am questioning the legality of their behavior toward people that have nothing to do with the collection process in question.

IC Systems shows up on caller ID. They call 8x a day. They only say hello when I answer then nothing else.  I call back and cannot get through.  I am very irritated. The calls wake me up.  From 8am to 9pm they are calling.  I am going to start logging calls, i will call my phone company, this is ridiculous. When the calls began, the caller ID showed "FLORIDA".This sight has provided some good info.  At least now I have an idea of what I am dealing with.

IC Systems is a collections agency for Washington Mutual credit cards.

And others... I've never answered the phone, but I can attest to the fact that they verge on harrassment just by the sheer number of phone calls (no less than 4 calls per day, sometimes as high as 8 -- especially on weekends).

Good Lord!  These people don't quit!  I received a few calls from these idiots last week and each time they hung up.  I finally had time to call them back and they were looking for someone who use to have this number.  I explained that this was a new number (within the past 2 months) and to please remove my number.  She supposedly did so.  Well, yesterday I recieved 4 phone calls from them, once again hanging up when I answered.  I called them back and again they were looking for the wrong person.  I asked them to once again remove my number and that I no longer wanted to hear from them.  Let's just say things got ugly and they would not pass me on to the manager or supervisor and they hung up.  I called and spoke to "Ryan" who assured me that my number was marked as bad and that it may take 24-hours to be removed.  I got another call at 7:55pm.  These people are stupid.  Anyway, I wrote a letter to them, which I'll be faxing today, but wanted to give you guys all the info I can.  I checked them out with the BBB of MN, and here is the link to all the people you need to contact.  Have at it!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for over three months.  They call my home at least 5-8 times per day, call my cell at least 4 times a day, never leave a message.  And now they have started calling my work number, which just changed and is not even published anywhere yet.  They call not just any, but EVERY day of the week, including weekends, holidays, nights, all the time.  This is harassment.  I tried to log on my WAMU account two months ago, and they had frozen it, telling me to call and speak to a customer service representative.  Yeah, right.  I consider it deplorable customer service and horrendous business practices when you have been making your payments on time, and because of the economy, the credit card companies are tightening up on the credit lines they extend to customers.  So they reduce my credit line, which puts my balance over the credit limit.  I refuse to pay additional charges because they are following economic trends.  They will not be getting any extra money from me, and they can go stick it in their ear.  If somebody has gotten actual results from logging all those calls, I'd like to know.

In addition to that, I've been getting repeated calls at least every day from a number that is trying to get me to purchase an extended warranty on my car.  I've requested to a customer service rep that I be taken off the list, and that my car is too old, and has too many miles to be doling out money for a warranty, but the calls just keep on coming.  Looks like the only way to get these people off your back is to purchase phone service through a fictitious name...like George Bush, maybe?

it states that IC Systems is satifactory in doing business and has NOT had an unusual number of complaints! but the bbb requires you write a letter to ic systems prior to filling a complaint with them.

They keep calling and leave no message, also if you do answer there is no one there.

They call 10-15x a day, never say a word to me.... I say hello and it hangs up each time.  Called me last night at 9:12 pm pst which is against the law per the FDCPA if in-deed they are a collection agency.

Will file formal complaint.

347-584-2059, 347-584-2059, 347-584-2059, 347-584-2059, plus 1-800-561-5695 (computer operated voice), and 562-288-7167 (which says dept of) were all from today so far (it is now 3:48 p.m. cst)and some don't show whom had called at all or says (no data available)....All of these plus more are from IC Systoms...about a Wamu Card daughter has.  (She's spoken to them several times but they say they can't put notes in their system for her acct. etc.) I keep telling them my daughter works until around 5 p.m. but that doesn't matter... they call sometimes from 7 a.m. (after I complained their automated caller calls around 8:30 a.m. now to see if anyone is home and a 1/2 hr later they begin calling......I wouldn't answer, but, autistic grandson answers and ssays "hello" then brings me phone even if I am sitting right next to it, so, I don't know whom it is till after the call or if someone actually answers my "hello".  This goes on until almost 10 p.m. every day (Sunday included) for the last few months...

I looked up the harrasment laws for our state about phone calls and after I told them it was considered harrasement for the amount of times they call (and the times they or their comp call at 7 a.m.), they have thankfully shortened the amounts of time they call to what it has been for the last few months. (LOL, wish I hadn't told them that)  However, since they call from all over the U.S., area codes change frequently...sometimes as many as 6 different area codes for IC System, lol  :)

Unfortunately, we began to delete the calls because our phone was getting so plugged up with them on memory.  :(

LOL...maybe should have mentioned that there are times in past that I would get 3-4 calls in just a half hour of time even after telling them daughter is NOT home?  They all tell me that they didn't call from THEIR call center and I told them that they should have a way to know if more than one call center are calling!  I now mostly get the 347-585-2059 (or others with that area code)  So, sometimes helps to talk to them once in a while even if it seems I'm cutting my own throat by doing so.

Question:  Would it be unlawful for me to start reading from the Bible as soon as they call?  LOL, I figure that if they don't want to hear it they can STOP calling (at least between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. then it's my daughter's headache!) However....would I be infringing some type of harasement myself by answering phone that way?  If anyone knows, please reply.  :)

What I don't understand is...they send mail through Post Office many times a week also.... My daughter is doing what she can already, so, why call?

This number calls 5-10 times per day. No one ever speaks, just hangs on the phone then eventually hangs up. They are dialing a business number and just wasting my time by answering a call and they don't have the courtesy to speak......... what's up with these people?????

I began keeping a record of their calls 3 days ago.  They are calling my home every 3 hours.  They keep asking for John, I don't know anyone named John and I don't know who these people are! They insist I know John! One of them was really nasty and mean.
If I don't answer they just keep calling.  I told them they are harassing me, wrong number, wrong person etc.  The calls will not stop!  I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry, haven't received a response from them yet.  I am a senior citizen with health problems, the calls are very disturbing!

These people call for Washington Mutual.  Companies have called me 12 times since Thursday August 21, 2008.  I gave the information to them that day and they continue to call me.  I am trying to resolve this issue without filing bankruptcy.
