You guys are great.....yell at me, threaten me, continuous call backs.....then you go after my neighbor?   Since you could give a crap about my current situation and your only concern seems to be collecting $ maybe I could hire you.  You see I once had a legal signed contract relating to a pension with stock options attached all of which have been taking from me and not repaid in any way.  You see my former employer not only laid off the entire company they also stole our pensions and stocks.  So how about this you go collect the money owed to me from Enron and I will pay you with interest asap.....I believe they are in default at this time so you should call them at least 20 times a day :-)

I don't think this is actually Ford calling. The Caller ID on mine just came up as "Florida", but had a local ring, not a long distance ring. They left no message. Coincidentally, I recieved the call about 5 minutes after I had looked up the telephone contact information for Ford Motor Credit and spoke with one of their staff regarding our vehicle and insurance. Our payments are 100% up-to-date, so Ford wouldn't be trying to collect anything from us...

These are bill Collectors. They get a percentage of anything they collect. Don't think it actually Ford Motor calling you and it's probably related to a credit card or other loan like a rent to own furniture store. They hire these companies to collect debt's. Most of their customers are losers and criminals who gave them your number as a fake number just by chance. (or it's someone who doesn't like you who gave the number.) they also google names and just call any number they think might be the person. Most of the people who work at these places are Ex Con's, Alcoholics and drug addicts. They work for a few weeks or months til they get fired or quit. Tell them the person they are calling died on 9/11 or in the Iraq war and they are cold Bas#$@ds calling you collect money from their 12 orphaned kids. These guys threaten and get aggressive but they can't do anything but call you so don't sweat it and block thier number if you can.

got a call from this # 8137408600 asked if this was ____ family, said yes and they said they were actually trying to contact a neighbor(10 houses down). Don't know them and hung up. Are they allowed to do this to just anyone? A bit strange now I see its a Ford debt collector. I don't own a ford and don't owe any money for any car ever!!

These fricking scumbags called at 5:45 AM.  The caller ID noted it was "Ford Motor Credit" and the beech leaving a message said it was a "courtesy call" and asked me to call back.

Smelling a rat, I did a little research and THIS IS NOT FORD CREDIT.  Area code of 813 shows the call came from Tampa, FL.  The Ford payment center is in Detroit, MI and Ford Customer Service is in Omaha, NE.  Further, the Ford contact number is 800-827-7000.

I won't "return" her call of course and strongly suspect this is some sort of identity theft operation or the classic, "Is this Mr. Mekutochi?"  "Yes it is."  They record the yes comment and then asked for your DOB and or SSN, etc. and use that to order things in your name.

Received a call from this number no message left. I have no dealings with Ford and no neighbors. Been getting weird calls every since I got the Four virus on my phone
People wake up! These people are trying to fleece YOUR information from you. Don't answer phone numbers you don't know.

hung up on them but checked and called back and it says ford motor co... first of all I don't have a car on payment and it asked to enter an account or a ss# and hey you not getting my info and I don't have an account stop calling me... Had someone picked up I would have asked why they are calling but asking for someone to put in their info ha ha ha NOT HAPPENING!!!!

Abusive and am on the no call list. Filed a formal complaint with police dept and preparing to call FBI. My abusice caller was Jeff. Even gave me carvtype and license plate number

Ford Credit Total Loss Department, they're calling the right person, but holy hell the lack of inter-department communication. The agent I spoke to wasn't aware his own company SELLS GAP Insurance to purchased cars, nor that GAP Insurance is required by LAW in some states.

Ford credit contanly calls me. I called ford credit number on my account and thei informed me  the calls I am receiving are not from them. Contacted account and reported them

They call everyday. I have asked them to stop and also reported them. I called ford credit and was told this was a scam and ignore it
