received a call from BNS services - caller linsey, said they had a package to deliver to a neighbor, across the street had individuals name, address but tried to call an got a fax machine - said they had another phone but was a business.

I know of BNS services- they are a international private carrier service for several companies. When they call needed directions it is because they need directions or description. I received a long awaited letter needing my signature right after i spoke with them. No one is scamming you you paranoid people.

I received a call this morning didnt give a name but said they were trying to get into the apartment complex for a delivery. Wanted to know if I new my neighbor Denise. I told her I didnt know any of my neighbors and she hung up. I tried to call back no one answers.

I know this company .They are only calling because the driver can not find your address because the GPS is not pulling it up.They are simply dropping off a letter from your Auto Loan Company . Because you have not made a payment and are not returning there calls.Your auto loan Company has paid for this service to get in touch with you or to see if you have moved.The way to solve this problem PAY YOUR BILL.It is not a scam it only takes 5 min.It happen to me the field rep was nice and simply left the letter .

I got a call from this number and i did not answer. they left a message saying they were having problems locating the address and maybe they needed a correction or directions. My neighbor then called me and let me know that they had given directions to someone for my house. I asked who it was and he said a carrier service. I called the number back and they were very nice just needed directions. About 2 hours later a man showed up asked for my name handed me the letter and left. Yes is was from my finance company but what the bank said is that the letter is a personal attempt to try and get in touch with you and BNS is their personal carrier.

Well that's interesting... Because I just got the same call asking for dorections to my house. Problem is, I paid CASH for my car 2 years ago so either they have the wrong address OR they are planning on flat out stealing my car. I guess the guys down at the station would love to get their hands on these people. I gave exact directions to me house. I guess it is just as well I am an officer with my local Fraud Prevention program. Have permission to steak out my own home for 15 days to try to jail these rats

Same as everyone else.  Asked for a different name but had our address.  We own our cars, have no outstanding debt and are up to date on all bills, so this really worried me.  Now I'm more afraid that someone is using our info to make purchases.  I'll be checking our credit reports!!

Got a call today on my cell (??) and at home from 817-548-9522/Lindsey, said she had a letter to deliver to my husband and needed to verify our address and directions...in this day and age they can't find us??!!!  And then when I called back, nobody answered...now I see from ya'lls notes they may not be legit?

I received a voicemail message yesterday from BNS Services and the girl on the phone said that she was trying to find me.  She had my name and she had the address of some property that I own.  The property is undeveloped and she said that she had a package to deliver to a Mr. Blake and Mr. Negratto and could I call her back at 817-656-2062.  I am not calling her back but I am concerned that someone looked up public records to find out who owned the property and then found me in another city.  This is very disturbing and I plan on reporting it to the FTC.

Received a voicemail message regarding trying to deliver a package.  The person spoke very fast but stated that her name was Loren.  The number on the caller id was 1-817-656-4670.  Tried to call back and either got no answer or a generic message that no one was there to answer the call.

ITS A REPO FOR YOUR CAR. they will act like its a letter but they by law will say who the letter is from ask them...even ask for a tracking number for the letter they wont give it to you...

Same here in this part of the country. We pack! I don't know about you all, but in this day and age you can't trust just anyone in the neighbor-hood, and one who is out to steal your car or something even worse. Come on and try.....believe me when I say this! Your going to leave with a slight limp.

Got a few phone calls from this BNS service. Asked that I give them all kinds of information about a house a owed. Would not give them any info. I suggest that anyone else does the same.

Im not sure why people are saying BNS tries to deliver packages. If you you recieve a call and think you'll be getting some kind of package or product order of some sort, yeah, that package is not going to arrive. This is a business-to-business letter courier service that delivers only letters or documents, not packages.

Some people are saying this is a repo or a creditor, which is false. BNS may deliver a letter on behalf of those types of companies, but is in no way affiliated with them. If you are expecting a delivery from this company, it could be a number of things, as they deliver for hundreds of different companies.
