They call me offering me a loan up to $1500.00 and telling me 99.00 will be deduct from my account in two business days. They have all my information on my account. Please help

As soon as the charge hits your account. You need to dispute it with your bank. They are a "phishing" company and they pull your information from other webistes. What they do is completly illegal. If you try to call them you will "leave a messge" with a representative and never get a call back. Go to your back as soon as possible!!!!!

I got a call today saying i was approved for a loan, but i also had to take there merchant card, for $99. than 14.95 membership fees. just to get my loan. I told them I didn't want the card. I called my bank.

If this company Platinum Online group debts or tries to debit your checking account first report to your bank that it was unauthorized so they can credit it back same with a a overdraft fee next print out a copy of the check black out your account info ad send it with a complaint to FTC Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney Generals office.
Only once enough complaints has been made will this start to stop and if you can find out which telephone company is suppling them their US phone numbers report that also. but complain to your bank they should have this company and phone number on their fraud lists by now and should be catching these before they hit your account once banks stop accepting these checks they will be forced to stop this or change to a different way.

They debited my account for $99 as well. I got ahold of them and they told me it was an application done via phone. I asked them to refund my money and reimburse the fees associated with that charge that my bank assessed. They refused. I asked for a supervisor and they hung up after arguing with me about whether or not a supervisor would be able to help me. My bank is currently looking into this matter as fraud.
