Same thing happened to me, you have to constantly check your account/online if you can. Once it post prior to it being removed from your account, you have to call your bank and put a stop payment on the check and any future transactions from this fake company. The bank can not do anything until they post and you check the memo for any pending withdrawals from your account.

Hi, I just got off the phone with them, I have called both numbers and no one answers. I did leave a message and told them they need to remove my number and if they touch my account I will have criminal charges against them. If anyone knows what state they are in please let me know. Thank you.

All business will get complaints. What's important is, the business knows how to handle those complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from bad businesses.

Consumers love to do business with someone that CAN admit mistakes and how state They had made improvements.

in regards to all of ur concerns....if you want to be safe from charging your accounts,,,then do not fill out any applications ONLINE or to a particular site....that is a FRIENDLY reminders to all of u....

better call back the company's number then ask for it....for all of you who were charge $99, then call back the (818)-255-9973 then ask for the refund and we will assist you on the refund that you want/need...

u people are thieves . i never autherized you toch my money. you # 818-255-9973. i called it and got a fax machine. if you touch my account again and do not return my money i will sue you. i am a military wife and you will be hearing from my JAG lawyer

They stole 2 checks from my bank 2/1/2011,  fortunately my bank reimbursed me. And the tried again 2/18/2011.  The address is PO Box 7775, San Francisco, CA  94120 - 7775.  Hope this helpful

This company also took money out of my account, please somebody give me a success story of how to get my money back.  They also caused a overdraft fee in my account.  Also, does anybody know how often do they do this? Help me please I have a family to take care of!!

These F&^Kers took money $99.00 out of my account and there damn phone is just some damn recorder.

I DID NOT authorize any amount to be deducted from my checking account by this "so called" company. I have already contacted my bank to dispute these charges. If one more debit is made by you from my account, I will be taking this to my attorney and beginning a lawsuit. DO NOT debit my account again. Actually you will not be able to because as of today, this account will now be closed!!!

These people tried to debit my account for 99.49 that I did not authorize. The number I called stated that they were a answering service for them and I still havent received a call back yet.

If it wasnt an unauthorized charge, I bet you didnt tell the caller that they were going to be charged! That's how you guys get away with it!! But not anymore!!! I have a recored conversation!!

But you failed to state that the number 818-255-9973 is only a answering service!!!  No onw can never talk to a representative directly and if there is a problem like this one no one ever receive a call back!!!  You guys never ask the question.....DO YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE $99.00 TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!  Now do you??  If you say yes it's a lie!!!
