Received several missed calls from this number. Never left a voice message. I finally picked up & they identified themselves as Microsoft Online Technical Support. They said my computer was being hacked & I needed to logon to my computer so they could fix the problem. Told them to call back later. I then called this number & they identified themselves as Direct TV. I confronted them & they hanged up. Total SCAM!!!

Why is it that it's now been many years since The do not call list and it is antiquated there has to be a way to stop all these phone calls that come to  land lines or mostly  cell phones

Same call here. I gave them my ex wifes ss# and credit card info. Thought that may help.

lol scam call from "microsoft" best part is I do IT support so led them on for a bit making them think they would get some goods. they have you open event viewer and claim all the errors in there are from viruses. they will then ask you to go to some random web page, obviously didnt go to it and hung up at that point. Scary this stuff happens for the elder and what not.

This guy said he was from Microsoft, said I was hacked, I laughed and apparently angered him, he said he was from Afghanistan, and tried to make a joke out of 9/11,  said a bunch of stuff, my veteran husband on speaker said he had the right kind of accent to be from Afghanistan. IDK, he was a dirty creep.

Called saying someone is trying to get into my computer without my permission, we can help you with that problem can we access your computer. I said no thank you and hung up. I pay good money for virus and fraud protection on my computer. I think they want me to let them in to get my all my info.

Same as several below:   says they are a microsoft and my computer is being hacked.   After I told him why it wasn't probable,  he just kept talking and tried to unexplain all the security tools I have in place.  I finally hung up.

Blocked the # as is a phishing scam - not sure how it keeps calling 8:35pm - I don't know how to block as I am on the do not call list and reported this # already 818 284-6923

How to block number.
1.  Invest in call blocker
2.  Follow directions.
3.  Block number.

Why cant the govt shut these [***] down??

This number has called me several times, claiming to be  "microsoft support" calling to address the problem i reported with my home computer. I do not have a home computer, and did not report any problems.  Realizing this is a scam, i decided to shine them on for a bit.
I told the very indian accented young man that i was happy to hear from them because ive been having issues and been reporting them. he said that yes, he was here to help me. all i needed to to was tell him what button was next to the CNTRL key on my computer. I told him it is a button with a VERY LARGE dick on it...and he ought to go suck it!. Funny...but he hung up on me after that!! LOL

Has called 9 times in under two hours...I cussed him out on the 3rd call so I guess he is bored and calling just to aggravate me now...what a useless person with a useless job who can only entertain themselves this way...says they are calling about a different company with every call...third world desperation by someone who hates Americans and wants to be a part of anyone's day for just a few seconds to feel a "nanosecond" of control....

I have gotton 9 yes9 phone calls from them in the last 24 hrs. Actually had 2 people that talked to me  and i told them to not call any more. Got 4 calls in a row after that and they would hang up on me.

Said someone try to hack my computer. Wanted me to press my cntrl button and windows button together. I told him i was but didnt and then he said what do you see and i said nothing. Then he hung up.

Called and said they were from Microsoft. When my boyfriend got on the phone the guy got nasty and when I thought took the phone back he said he wasn't from Microsoft and that he was outside of my house. Asked me if I was home alone and if I was taking a shower.
