Yea the same none. English person has called me several times his name so he claims is mark Wilson and every time I try to call him back with the phone number he called from it goes to a full voicemail and when I did a reverse number check it came as a telermarketer.i

I need to call them right away about a serious. legal matter when I caked back I got sent toa full voice mail they have called me. Sereral times they even called my work.and they told me. to tell. Them not to call seeing as. They want asset the phone. I CAN'T. RELAY THAT PASSEGE.

Wow this is rediculous. I got the same phone call everyone else got....he left a voicemail on my cell, but in my Call he left the number 818-337-3042 and said his name was Michael johnson

I keep getting calls from this number and it's the same that everyone else has posted.  I have just filed a complaint with the FCC and all of you should as well.

A COMLETE FRAUDULANT PERSON THREATENING ME AND MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES. THIS PERSON HAS STOLEN MY IDENTITY!!!

THIS PERSON CALLED MY BOSS AND DEMANDED $500 OR THE POLICE WOULD BE TO ARREST ME THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS EXTREMLY AGGRESSIVE WHEN I STARTED TO QUESTION WHAT THE HECK IS HE TALKIN ABOUT. HIS NAME WAS JIMMY AND THE NUMBER HE CALLED FROM IS 818-337-3042 SAYING I OWE ON A CASH ADVANCE THAT I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT IN THE WORLD HE IS TALKIN ABOUT!!! JUST STUPID NON SENSE

I too just got a call from this number...So far 3 calls to my work and 1 call to my cell, which I have blocked. The call stated pretty much the same thing "Have you or your attorney call us back or this situation will unfold" I retained the message...I dont know...Is that a threat? The lady had a thick indian accent and it sounded scripted.

I would love to tell them to stop calling my workplace but once they make contact with you to collect a debt, doesn't the statute of limitations reset on any debt? Also, would it even do any good? Does anyone know how they are getting the information?

I just have a footnote...I did have a CashNet USA loan about 3 years ago...I guess that is where they are getting my information. The good news is that that bank account has been closed...I did visit CashNet's website and they had this posted.

I received a phone call this morning at my place of work stating I was being investigated and that there was a case about me and that I needed to contact a lawyer I asked for the man's name and he said he was Allwyn Joseph

Its FRAUD and now I'm harrasing them I called 30 times already and they keep hanging up and cursing me out from the 818 number. The voicemail is full when they don't answer...keep calling them and it will eventually ring. Its a heavy accented lady and she told me her name was Marlene and sometimes a man will answer. when i called them a SCAMMER they hand up! PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BE AFRAID ITS JUST SCARE TACTICS!!!!!!!! NO WORRIES!!!

I also got a call from that number. also telling me if i dont get back in touch with them good luck.I really think this is a scam.I dont want them calling my house.No Dam More!

CALL THEM BACK AND FAKE LIKE YOUR AN ATTORNEY AND LISTEN FOR THE HANGUP LOL THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU. IF YOU TELL THEM YOUR THE FBI THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU. WHO DOES THAT? EVENTUALLY AFTER HARRASING THEM THEY WILL CHANGE THE LAST DIGIT IN THEIR NUMBER OR THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE VOICEMAIL WHICH IS ALWAYS FULL.

I just received the same call and they told me that an officer would be at my job in the morning to pick me up and they will be give me the information then.  I called back and the guy told me that if I continued to call that he would press charges for harrassment.

How can I report this number to the FCC?

I have received three phone calls from these people today.  The person was definitely foreign, and asked me first if I have caller ID and to call the number back to get the information on my arrest tomorrow at my place of employment.  I called the number back, the first time the voicemail was full.  The second time I called back and spoke to another foreigner, he asked me if I had a lawyer, and that I was getting arrested tomorrow at my work, my license would be suspended, my wages garnished, and put in jail for up to 6 months.  I ended up hanging up on them.  DO NOT respond to this phone call!

These people called my mom today n told her to call back immediately... As I am her power if attorney I called back n they would not tell me who he was with n told me to shut my mouth... Them told me the cops would b here tommorow to pick her up!!!!! This needs to be stopped.

Footnote: my mom recently applied for a cash advance thru Western Sky n was guided to payday-yes m ended up with another from one-click cash.com who we didnt even authorize!!!! Definently related to our information being sold!!!!!!?
