My manager received a call from this number to both her work and cell phone.  It was a woman (named Angeorges..) that sounded foreign.  She was very threatening.

they call me saying that i took out a payday loan and that i didnt pay it back. when i ask what payday loan are you talking about i dont have loan for anyone. he then got very rude with me. he even went as far and called my job telling my boss how tyey are goin to send the cops to arrest me and how am goin to jail fot 6mts. when i call back toget more info of whats really going on they hang up the phone.

This number sent me a text stating some short URL and ",that did the job for me".  I'm not going to click the link to find out what it was but given what others have said I wouldn't click the link if you get a text from them.

Missed the call and phoned back two minutes later. Some guy answered saying that he needed to talk to me about hosting my website (don't have one). I didn't say one word, just listened to see if it was automated, and after a few seconds the guy said "how [***] that you would call back and not say anything." I have missed calls from the same number three times since.
