- Fred JonesTotal scam. I used a cartoon name to file an application and they have been calling all day asking for Mr. Coyote. They told me to hang up and call the lawyer. I left a message...they don't call back. Then the first dunce calls back and yells at me for not calling.
Just remember that any legitimate firm attempting collections is not allowed to threaten you in any way. Yes, the data is likely obtained from small loan applications which is why you should always work with trusted lenders if you are in search of a loan. The Online Lenders Alliance is a good place to start.- Caller: Indian Scam Artists

- lisalisa320I also did exactly what everyone did that posted...It started with a 7cent deposit then withdrawl to $30.
I went to my bank and reported fraud activity and got my money back. Now I am receiving calls about check fraud and that Kyle Foster is a criminal lawyer, however I tried to go to trusted site that my girlfriend borrows money from all the time and I was denied. Something is coming up in a Clarity Report that is sponsered by Experian. I understand this is scam by all the comments posted but two weeks ago I tried getting an online loan and cannot, IM VERY SKEPTICAL inturn scared now!! - kristin| 1 replyi also got a call from kyle cooper. he said i would be arrested and not be able to work for 7 years and also not be able to get loans or any help for money unless i paid 954.02. i am very nervous about this. im a single mother who works very hard and i just bought a new car and i really cant be taking any chances so can someone please assure me that this is a scam. and how to i get off this list?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!

- Fred Jones replies to kristinIgnore the call. He called me asking for the same amount of money. I PROMISE you it is a fake and a fraud. I work in the industry and he is absolutely doing this to scare you and make you give him money. He is in India...he told me as much. He has no power to come after you...won't do anything even with your info. He or others may try and call you again asking for money.
It is illegal for collection companies to threaten you physically or with arrest. And, try asking this clown for a copy of the debt. He will tell you he can't show it to you. Also illegal and further evidence of his fraudulent ways.
I know it's hard, but just ignore him...even if they call again. Just hang up. - Stupid girl!| 1 replyYup I was had.. this dude knew my bank, my social, my address, that i had a car loan from a bank in CA in the past and student loans.. Ive had horrible financial past riddled with divorce and bankruptcy and debts and owing a back processing fee was completely plausable for me, but I still feel really stupid. I called my bank and told them what happened and they are going to help me by stopping the payment and refunding me my money, because I bought the card for the payment with my debit card. So if this does happen to anyone else call your bank first and let them know what happened. And hopefully they will help you too. I will also be notifying walmart to let them know that these people are using their company for wrong doing and hopefully they can possibly due something about it as well.

- PrivateJust had this number call me and tell me I was going to be arrested today if I didn't send them $400.00 but 11:30. Also was told that he was wishingn me luck if I didn't send it. Being a member of the military I freaked out a little then I spoke with an attorney she said fraud. So when he called back to see if I sent the money and I told him no he said he was going to call the Air Force and that I was going t be kicked out. Ouch it was hilarious you go head call the Air Force pretty sure he's gonna be on hold for a little while.

- update replies to Stupid girl!I have notified the MoneyPak company as well because they do have a space to put in fraud cases on their website. And thats what Kyle Cooper had me pay my debt wth..they emailed me back within one day for more information on the case. So if anyone has had this happen to them please notify everyone you can. Tomorrow morning I will be speaking with a walmart executive as well to hopefully stop this dirty little [***] from stealing from people and annoying/harrassing all of us! So if you have recieved these calls, or have fallen victim to Kyle Cooper please please make sure that you take every route you can so that we can ruin his life as he is threatening to do to us!
- FranciscaI just received a call from this number as well. He told me I had 2 criminal charges against my name and ss# and when I replied with "what?" he snickered and said "huh u know nothing about these charges." I stated no. He then said I need to call Kyle Cooper For Info I called and got a vm. I left a message and told him I didn't know what this was all about if it's a scam.or what it is, but if he could return my call and no call back yet. I knew something was up when I called back the number he called from, it's funny the number he gave.me to get a hold of this so called Kyle is the exact number he called from.
- ShariI just received a message from Michael Foster (from India) stating I needed to call him back on a time sensitive matter. When I returned the call, he was not available. The man on the phone (also from figgin India) wanted me to talk to the attorney, Kyle Cooper but he was not available. He wanted my name but I refused to give it to him. I told him to put Michael Foster on the phone and he said that Michael was a paralegal there and so I needed to speak to Kyle Cooper. I received a similar scam call last week saying I owed money on a payday advance loan I never took out. Be AWARE! DO NOT attempt to apply for any kind of short term/cash advance loans online. That's how they got my information. I wish I had known before this all started! At least I know if they try to steal my identity they're in for a big surprise as I have horrible credit! I'm so not worth identity stealing.

- WilsonI received a call at work from an Officer Den Stubert of the LAPD and I checked this site and I'm glad I did. I usually ask what is the name of the loan company, and when they tell me I tell them I have a receipt that the bill was paid in full so if they want to take me to court I could use the money. They don't call back, I haven't call them yet and I want.
- Susan M. replies to ShannonI have received several voice mails from the attorney Kyle Cooper. Two being male and one being female. I returned a call and asked who it was that I owed and was planning on suing me. All hes said was NCO Finance and could elaborate no more. Both the male version and female version have very thick accents and makes it hard to understand them. Well mine is very plain and I'm sure they understood everything I proceeded to tell them. So now I get a call today caller ID showing 911 but the number for the voice mail is the same (do they not know how caller ID works?) but now this man is saying he is with the L.A. P.D. and a warrant will be issued for my arrest if this criminal matter is not taken care of. I haven't yet bothered to return the call. Funny thing is I am going to let them know that I do work for a nation wide security company with recorded lines, that I have contacted not only the California Bar Association and the L.A.P.D. fraud division. I advise you all to do the same. We all know this is a scam but there are some out there that aren't that smart. Let's work together to put an end to these type of scams. Who knows your family might be next. And remember they have enough of all of your information to be able to damage your credits.
- LaTiffanyThis same thing happened to me today and he knows my Social security number and everything. I don't know what to do.
- JacquelineI got a call from this number and a message was left stating they were the IRS & I had a refund due to me in the amount of $2300 but I had to call back & verify my information. I know it is a SCAM so beware. I work for the state Department of Revenue. I deleted the message & blocked this number from my cell phone because I know better.

- Travis curnI received a call from this number and the man on the phone said he was from the IRS. I asked him what the call was about and he responded that beford he could tell me he needed my social and date of birth so he could get my file. I told him he didn't need it since he called me my file should have been in front of him already. He became angry I would say and since he was already hard to understand because of his accent I could not understand a word he said when he got excited. I hung up on him and have not heard back since.
- nancyIreceived the message that the IRS owed me a large refund and I had to call back to verify my crediensals. When I would't give them any information, they hung up
