- Anonymous Person Wishing To Keep Her PriI recieved that same call yesterday afternoon and when I called them back they were very rude, unprofessional, threatening, and more. They threatened me with small claims court, criminal charges under my state laws, saying I was commiting bank fraud, et. al. They threatened me with three counts and all I can remember was the bank fraud one. When I called them the first time they advised me I needed to contact me and that I needed my attorney to represent me as well as "if I couldn't afford one that one would be appointed for me." When I contacted an attorney I was advise to call these people back and obtain the name of their law firm. When I contacted them again these people said they were the "Cyber Crimes Unit". I again contacted my attorney who told me that it was "probably a scam." I advised my attorney that "I just want to make sure I'm protected." These people had my bank's name, my name, my telephone number, and my e-mail address. Rest assure I am going to be reporting this to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

- beth sizemoreThese phone calls started for me back in February when i was told that if I fail to return the call i had better run for my life. Needless, to say this infuriated me and I myself was going to call the FBI. i have talked to several people that tell me that by the time they track these people it's too late to find them. I just received about my fifth or sixth call which told me to report to court monday and mentioned my friend that has been used as a reference for a payday advance. It is my suggestion that they have a website that is obtaining peoples information when they apply for something like I did. I am not behind on anything and I would like to see someone prosecuted for threatening my welfare and obviously several others! I am on board.
- Caller: dont know
- beth sizemorethese people have contacted me with several numbers I have the messages saved on my phone they dont speak fluent english and are threatening
- Alisha and TylerWe have received the same mesage. Knowing it was a scam we played into their BS. The first step is for the "case worker" to find out what you owe in a roundabout way so he can say that is what they are calling you about. Once they have qualified you, in so many words, they will try to get you to settle this debt out of court (whatever debt it might be). The questions they asked are vague but once they find out if you have debt or judgments they use that as their reason for calling. In our case we said we had speeding tickets (haha) Then you will be asked if you have a large amount of money to settle this debt today. Once you agree to this you will be transfered to a finacial rep who pulls a number out of thin air based on what they think you can pay our quote was $789.00. They will not process banking info only credit cards (another sign of a scam). We proceeded to give them 4 digits of a bogus credit card number and told them to f*ck off they are scammers!!! It was quite amusing and we had a laugh about this. Please call these people and waste their time, give them bogus info and string them allong so they will stop doing this to honest people. I would like to see what other amounts of money they try to get from people so act rich and see how much they try to get you for. Never give them your real bank or CC info.

- rebeccaI got the message and tried to call back the number a couple of days later and it went to a auto voicemail saying to leave a message but that the extension was disconnected. This needs to got the FTC...Federal Trade commission as this is an identity theft issue.
From the FTC website (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/):
The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, collects complaints about companies, business practices, identity theft, and episodes of violence in the media.- Caller: Cyber Crime unit/creditloan.com

- PACMy phone calls came from Ralph (yeah right), if your name is Ralph then my name is Habeeb!!!!! Can barely speak english and I refuse to call them back. They tried this crap once before and even used names of friends and family.........................they have no other information on me and after investigating them months back, it is a scam and they have no authority outside of their state to do anything and they are in no way connected to any law enforcement personnel. If you do call back, tell them the call is being recorded and that you demand that they send you in writing what it is they are talking about------------------------------I guarantee that they won't send a thing. No one is going to come and arrest you, your family or your friends. It is a damn shame that some people can do this for a living and be proud of what they do!!!!! Go back to your own country and leave us hard working AMERICANS alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Jay NI had the same message on my voicemail, so I called the number back, I was in my car, and my seat belt bell was ringing, and he was asking what the sound was, obviously worried I was recording the call....anyway, he proceeded to tell me that in 2 hours police officers in my area code were going to arrest me for a debt, that was cleared from a bankruptcy I filed 2 years ago. I told him it was illegal to contact me, and I wanted his information. After I told him that he called me a "piece of sh*t" and other names and hung up on me.....I just filed a complaint with the FTC.
