Probably a Spoof Call or Telemarketer. Does not leave message- only ID "ATT Messaging" as ID

Got a call myself from them but since I didn't recognize the ID or number I didn't answer they left no message.

These CRIMINAL scammers can not stay in business if you DO NOT answer their calls!
They called - no message received - now blocked forever.
Don't answer unknown calls and DON'T call them back!

No message.  Strange that it says that.

A call from this number was received today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message.  This behavior is typical of robocallers using automated dialers to place calls.  If a live person answers, the dialer transfers the call to a live telemarketer.  Slick, eh?  Legitimate companies do not robocall nor violate the Do Not Call law, but scam artists do this all the time.

CID is ATT Messaging.  Intercepted and blocked by Nomo.

The caller, ATT MESSAGING ( displayed as Id on our phone ), called us @ 12:15 noon, 08.26.2015. We opted not to answer unwanted call  on the spot suggested by FTC. I returned the call hiding our number,  soft  message, "please enter area code and number", I entered 818-775-3993, then it asked me to eneter pin number, after I failed to enter tic. It cut me off. According www.800notes.com, people reported this unwanted number since 08.04.2015 & it was scam.
Caller: ATT MESSAGING

Call received at 11:00 a.m. on 8/26/15, ATT Messaging, repeated hello resulted in a computerized voice replying, "Goodbye."  The usual crap.

Exact same call I received yesterday, with the "Goodbye" hang up.  Busy signal on redial.

Coward listened to my entire outgoing message (which requests name, number, and brief message, as "we screen all our calls," and then hung up.

I answered and no one spoke.
