Didn’t answer call and left no message so I blocked!

Rang three times, hung up, no VM.

Wow, this scam been going on long time.  Still using AT&T Messaging ID.  Blocked.

The guy on the phone wanted to send somebody to my home to do a complete tune up on my furnace. It's an obvious scam.

I picked up thinking it was a work call, the person asked to talk to "the homeowner" and I said "what homeowner" and he responded really rudely and said "did you not hear what I said?" and I (should have hung up already but I was upset) "don't be calling my cell phone and giving me attitude" and he said "SHUT UP" and hung up on me.
I don't understand what the scam is???

Called my cell phone. Left no message. CID was "ATT MESSAGING". Robo call-heating & A/C scam. Now blocked.

I picked up because it said AT&T messaging, the person asked for "the homeowner." I asked "who is this?" and he responded rudely and again asked for "the homeowner." I once again asked "who is this?" This happened two more times, each time he got more aggravated. He finally said "do you not understand English? You should listen to what people are asking you! Don't you understand?" I then responded "From what can tell my English is way better than yours." Hahaha I'm assuming he got mad because he immediately hung up.
