Someone from this address order a laptop using my debit card

I just today received an email supposedly from Amazon saying the same! SCAM.. .

Same. Same address, but the computer that I supposedly ordered is going to Monica. I just got off the phone with Amazon and they have no record of anything related.

I just got the same email about a laptop being sent to ROY GUERRERO113 Stonegate Cir
Shelbyville, TN 37160, USA .  I checked my amazon accout and my cc info and then called the phone number that said if you did not order this.
Someone with an indian accent answered immediatlly???? told me about my order, advised I did not order anything and nothing was charged to my account, he then wanted me to go on my computer and tell him what server I was on,  I said no and why,  he then said he will cancel the order and hug up.

I just received an email from amazon conforming  my order details, also a laptop for 2390. including express fees of 110.00 totaling 2500.00, they had a # 1-818-570-6075 to call if i wanted to cancel order, I called the lady answered as amazon I could tell it wasnt so she asked for my name I said ill give you the ID# that on here and you can tell me who ordered it. She hung up I reported it to my Amazon acct plus printed out the information in case I needed to sent it to them as well.

I also looked up the address on google and it was a listing on zillow and other realters, they are using houses for sale and im sure using dead peoples names, looked up Roy Guerrero and found one had died in that state....so report any scammers trying to get your information

Just got the same email!  Scam!

Same as everyone else.  I called the other 808-999-0655 fellow & of course he said he was Amazon.  He asked me for order# & my credit card.  I  said I'm reporting you.  Here's a copy of email:

OMG just got same email saying ordered laptops to roy guerrero also... what hell I dont have an Amazon account... same person anthony answers phone every time I call. Going report to law enforcement just not sure how go about that

Just got the same email. Notice return email address wasn't amazons. Called and told the guy I was going to forward the email to Amazon Fraud Department as well as the police.

I received the exact email today with 2 large purchases from Amazon that I did not make. I forwarded the email to Amazon.

I got the same email.  Amazon said to just ignore it and don’t click on anything.

Yes, these are scams according to Amazon. I use a password number sent to my cellphone when I order from Amazon which they send me after entering my username and password. Without this one time number to enter no one can use my account. I can bypass this procedure however it is safer to leave it on my account. Forward your emails to: stop-spoofing @amazon.com   We need to track these fools down. Good Luck.
