This is a scam. They sent you this email address so you can fix it to your current house/apt your living in. They will sell the information and you will receive scam links, mails, and other things. DO NOT REPLY!!

Yes this is a scam. That is not a customer service number for Amazon. I called - got guy in India, claimed he was in Seattle. He will tell you to get a refund of that purchase, you need to give him access to your computer through the browser you use. DON"T DO IT!!!
If you do that he can see what you are doing on your computer. Then he will try to convince you to log into you bank or credit card account so he can give you a code to tell your bank to refund money.

I just received the exact same email.  Called the phone number (818-835-5936) and get a constant busy signal.  Phishing!!!  Notified Amazon Immediately!!!

Just received same email....called # given for Customer Service and person answering was difficult to understand. He kept saying my account had been hacked and kept asking for my banking info. Hung up on him and went to Amazon customer service and also filed complaint with FTC .

Phone number shown in my email was 850=309-8401 which was a Florida  #.

I received the same e mail as well; as suggested I did not call the number posted; forwarded the e mail to investigate & disregard the listed order number to spoofing@amazon.com. Received a response from Amazon saying that it was a scammer & not the company who sent the e mail & that an investigation will be made on their end.

GOT A CALL ABOUT LAPTOP COMPUTERS I DID NOT ORDER

I got an email to my spam and it was supposedly from Amazon with an order of two Laptops for $2500. It came from this email address: williamsmith78692@gmail.com.

I gave this phone number to call if you didn't place the order: 850-399-8401

Its for sure a scam because when you look up the phone number it shows this number is connected to fraud.

Same here on 7/14/21

No call but an E-mail for a laptop sent to a ROY GUERRERO in TN.  Google Earth the address given, it is a home for sell.  Don't lose any sleep over it.
