I believe that this number is from a collection agency called "Luebke,Baker, and Associates" they are connected to a magazine company scam, they use an autodialer as well.  They'll claim that you owe them money, that they don't.  They rarely leave messages, and when they do they don't explain their business.
I refuse to answer phone numbers I don't know and I believe it is them who call daily, mulitple times

They don't leave a message on voicemail or answering machines either.

I've just started getting these calls...it seems that as soon as calls from the number 323-429-7520 (from TMC) stopped, calls from the number 818-870-5035 started immediately...they call me at least two times per hour every other hour (example: twice at 9am then twice during the eleventh hour and so on-all day) which is quite excessive...I never answer the phone and they don't leave messages.  I appreciate the information from other posters because at least I know who it is that is calling.

i get a call from this number every few days always at a random hour in the day. sometimes it's early, sometimes late, sometimes in the middle of the day. i never answer and they never leave a message.

I received a call from # 818-870-5035 and they never leave any message. I quickly google and found out that this is [***], [***] collection company that try to scam people. I've sterling credit and work for bank and I have no debt and for someone tells me that I owe a magazine. That's BS! They are one damn rude [***]. Don't answer them.
