Yet another pre-recorded call by "Ann, from Account Services."  This robo-dialer calls me from all over the country, but this is the first call from Arkansas that I can recall.  This is the exact same pre-recorded call that I've been getting for about 2 years now.  Nothing seems to work to make them stop calling.  I've tried ignoring the calls - they keep calling.  I've tried answering the calls and asking to be removed - they keep calling.  I've tried pushing the # button repeatedly - they keep calling.  I've tried answering the call, pushing "1" to talk to a "representative" and getting the other person to talk his/her ear off - they keep calling.  One woman that answered actually had the nerve to suggest that I change my number - and they keep calling.

I have no doubt that they are scam artists out to steal my credit card information and possibly my identity.  They won't stop until law enforcement (of whatever country they are operating in) seizes their equipment and locks them up.

Within 20 minutes of getting the usual "Ann, from Account Services" robocall from 479-274-1769, I got another identical pre-recorded robocall from 828-475-7077.  These people are INSANE!!!  If I ever find them, there will be hell to pay!

I just got a call from ANN - again just 13 minutes after ANN called from  479-274-1769,   I looked at your link for the law suit but it doesnt show how I can be a part of it, we all need to do something to stop these calls-I get at least 50 a week - all ANN or RACHEL.  I have called FTC, FCC they cannot help at all! I would have to take the company to court -since they are not in my area or have information who to take Im stuck -

Just got another call from this number - another "final" notice to lower my credit card interest rates.  Also the recording said I must have at least $4,000 in credit card debt to qualify.  I pay off all my cards in full each month -  I have told them each time they  call to take me off their list - and then they hang up.

Question, reporting this to the 800notes.com  Does this actually do anything to make these guys stop calling.

The callers won't stop calling cause they are out to scam people and make an easy buck. Some of those scammers do read what people post here and some fools show up disguised as victims. They are some of the world's dumbest scammers and they dedicate their sad and desperate lives to fraud.

Same here...debt consolidation but I have no debt. I am registered on the DNC list too.

Good for you. I want to do the same. Their practices are horrid, at least I'm not falling for it, but those that do I feel sorry for.

I've received numerous calls from them regarding lower interest rates on "my" credit cards.  I have waited for an operator and when I try and tell them that I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and that the cell number they are calling is NOT associated with any actual credit cards.......THEY HANG UP ON ME BUT CONTINUE TO CALL.

Does anyone have an actual working number for this number to actually complain about the hang ups.

Call received 3:50pm CST.  I did not answer since I didn't recognize the area code.  I hadn't had one of these calls for awhile but looks like they are at it again even thought the FTC is charging them.  I wish they would publish the callers' real phone numbers and names so that those of being bothered could hunt them down and go medieval on them.  Blocking the number doesn't work since they are spoofing the number they are calling from.  View the ftc website recommendations on how to deal with these pariahs.
