I keep getting calls from these people, they called my sisters in laws threatening me.  It is a scam, I have read over this site over and over, today i received a call from some one named Lauren, giving me my home address and saying bexar county sheriff is on the way when yesterday they told me i had 2 days.  Its a scam, they asked me to go to wal-mart and send a money gram.  Legally a Texas depter can not contact anyone but me.  The scary part is no one put her in laws number down, so some searching and they got the information.  These people are the worst.  they say the are from the Cash store, which was closed down here about a year back, so im sure they sold my information, including my SSN to these people.  

This guy called me and said I have 48 hours or I'll be served. What tha heck?

Did anything ever happen? I got called today.

I've gotten 3-4 calls over the last few months from them, claiming they will serve papers.  First of all I used to worked for a collections law firm and no one ever calls before they are served (red flag). 2nd they say have 2 forms of ID with you or bring a manager, process servers never ask for that (2nd red flag). 3rd if this is a law firm, they are required to send a 30 day notice of the debt via mail. So no notice and no one has ever come by my house or job, they just keep calling with the threats.  The first call was a little unnerving but I went right online to see if I had a case in the county I live and I do not, absolutely nothing is filed in court.  No case, no summons just a bunch of idiots that don't know the law and reading from a script cause I've had both a male and female leave messages with the exact same script. So I will continue to ignore the threats.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! A class action should be filed against these idiots!

i receive a terrible voice mail saying that i owe 5,000.00 on a cash store that i applied online in 2010 its 2014 really i start asking this [***] how she got my social she had my mom address that was correct this guy by the name (Micheal Perry)was an investigator for the police dept of ST.LOUIS COUNTY saying that he was coming to my work of home to address me that i need to have two form of id this some dumb [***] so this last time i call 832-604-2391 they saying that i owe cash store online of the amount of 370.96 they couldn't tell me what state in was done i call me local police dept they been investigated please dont  fall from the foolish

Get calls about being served between 12-4. I usually mess with them and tell them to come heavily armed as I am on disability with PTSD from the war and will f-ck up anyone and anything that threatens me.

Then I hang up laughing insanely.

I keep getting calls from a Michael Perry saying he is an investigator for McKinley County Legal Office but he keeps asking for someone I have never even heard of and the county isn't even close to the state I live in! I get a call 2-3 times a week and it's always the "last attempt" and he says to call 832-604-2391.

I just got voice mail from this numbers said name was Robert and an investigator said he showed up to were I lived but I wasn't there said he and sheriff we're going to show up at my place of employment tomorrow and serve me something. Gave a docket number think it's fake asked my dad if anyone came to house he said no I'll ask my boss if anyone shows up at office looking for me. Said if I wasn't there I'd be charged a 75$ fee for serving something. Wat a joke that was.

I got a call on my job from the same Michael Perry who said he worked with the Sedgwick county Legal Service dept. (I live in Kansas.) Left a docket # et said he would serve me @ my home and or job! I called the Sedgwick county DA's office et they never heard of him!!!!!! I just ignore them. I shouldve figured out it was some bs because the call was anonymous.

I had two similar voicemails that said I could avoid being served at my home or business if I resolved it with the petitioner at this phone number.  I called the number and a polite man answered. He looked up the phone number and asked me if I was the person who was mentioned as defendant on the voice mail. I notified him that I have a new phone number and don't know the defendant. He apologised and said he would make sure I don't get another call.

LOL!!!! I just got the same call TODAY on my job saying the same thing!!!!! Telling me when they will be out to my home. Now you know good et well if you're gonna be served, THEY WILL NOT WARN YOU. They CERTAINLY wont call ya!!! Im getting sick of this!
