Number called me, left VM said CVS Caremark and left a pin number to use to call them back.

Number left VM with extension to call back. Since they called 4 times in one day an hour apart. I called the phone number I had for CVS Caremark. They said they had nothing listed to have me contacted. So I will not be calling this phone number back.

This call was initially blocked by my provider as a robocall, but they called back and entered a legitimate code to bypass the block.
When they got no answer, they left a message in a computerized voice, claiming to be from CVS/Caremark.
The voice spoke my full name and said they had information for me. Then they recited a 7 digit PIN for me to use to identify myself when I call them back at this number.

There's not enough information in the message to warrant a callback, plus we don't use pin numbers for identification.
I don't even think it's really CVS, but if it is, we require all information from them to come by mail or email.

The message left on my voice mail sounded legitimate at first, but realized they wanted me to call back using their seven digit code and to provide my personal information - everything an identity theft could use to set up accounts in my name. I reported the call to my AT&T carrier. Everyone should do the same

I just got a call from this number stating they were from CVS Caremark stating exactly what others have said, wanting me to call back with their number and PIN #, etc. They actually called twice in an hour.  I don't have CVS/Caremark.

This is fake - it's not really CVS.  Don't call them back.

I got 4 calls from this number today, the calls were exactly one hour apart. They left one message stating they were CVS/Caremark. I deleted the message without listening to the whole thing so I didn’t write down the 7 digit PIN. I got curious and called the number back. My call was answered by an automated system that didn’t announce who I’d reached (meaning the system can be used for multiple scams simultaneously), it just asked me to input my 7 digit PIN. I could not bypass the prompt by pressing 0. Eventually the system got tired of me and told me to call back when I had my PIN.

    Definitely a scam.

I got a voicemail from this number 833-289-1205 asking me to call back with a 7 digit pin. What really made me wonder is the call was done at almost midnight! Surely CVS would not be contacting me at midnight.

Received call from 833-289-1206, blocked both 833-289-1205 and 1206; most likely both #s belong to the same caller.

Called and hung up wanted to confirm my identity by requesting date of birth but would not accept it without a pin. I have added this call to block list. I think this is a scam

They called 4 times in one hour claiming to be from CVS. Also, they requested my DOB.  I called back the number and there was a request for a 7-digit extension.

The clue to the scam is that you call back the same number that called you. That means that that one of the numbers is spoofed. You can't do mass scamming calling from one number and receive calls at the same number.
The so called pin is a joke, making you feel it;s legit and they are interested in your security. I'm not giving my birthdate to someone. Blocked after 4 calls today. If they have some message to leave me, leave the friggin message instead of teasing me. I'm sure there are more questions they will ask. They ask for you by name but your name is out there big time.

Received call and they left same message w/7 digit pin.  I blocked the number.  This happened to me last year, I  I called CVS/Caremark directly and asked about this, wasn't them

I just got a call saying what everyone else says, with the 7 digit number.  I don't trust these calls, so will follow up with CVS/Caremark.  The thing that really disturbed me is that just yesterday afternoon I finally got a confirmation on a medication that was initially denied.  So CVS/Caremark has been hacked, or else my insurance co. has been hacked.   I'm going to notify them both, along with my provider.
