- KMMI got the same call. The last car I bought was from 2005 and there were no warranties nor extended warranties that were bought. I also got a spoofed "local" number that this call was from 214-983-3804. Told me a call back number 833-304-1447. My phone automatically blocked the call as Scam Likely and sent this call to my VM.

Relentless, won't leave me alone
Can't the FCC shut them down? - OthOI received a call from 501-887-5398 at 10:15 am on my cellphone in Chicago. It was a recording about extending my car's warranty. I don't have a car. They said I could return the call at 833-304-1447

- NimrodYet another "final courtesy call" (since I have received dozens of these calls, I guess it is the "final" call using the spoofed number they displayed) about "renewing" my car's warranty. As others have reported, I can press "1" or call 833-304-1447 to talk to one of their "specialists" (aka scam artists). Message ended with "UST456" (I guess they think that makes it seem more official).

- DMSpoofs 925-438-7603. Has been calling for months offering an auto warranty. Voicemail gives an 800 number real fast. 1-833-304-1447 , then says ”USP 456”. If called, asks you to press one to continue. If you do it asks if you need insurance, debt assistance a whole bunch of stuff I am sure are all scams. If you wait through them all and do not select it asks if you want to hear again. If you press zero for an operator it tells you the number is out of service and says goodbye. IF you call 925-438-7603 it says choose 1 to opt out. Did that, but do not have confidence it will stop calls. Time to call one of the TV stations for investigation I think.

- PatI blocked the local spoofed number this outfit uses, but they continue to go straight to my voicemail. My cell provider was unable to block them from doing so, likely because of the spoofing tech. *However* -- I called them back. This is NOT about an extended car warranty at all; they give you a list of options - press 1 for auto insurance, 2 for assisted living, etc. It is some kind of clearinghouse for businesses. When you follow the options for auto insurance, I ended up at.. ALLSTATE! So I filed a complaint with Allstate, telling them to cut their ties with this number that is routing calls directly to their call centers for new business. I think EVERYONE should call Allstate and demand that they cut ties to this outfit, as they seemed to take it seriously! Then I will do the same to the other actual companies this outfit links to. Ignoring them isn't working but maybe burning them will, until the technology lets us block them for good.
