833-390-3721

Keep getting calls from this # no messages are left.  The odd part is out of about 6 of these calls 2 say TELUS the others don't.

Got a call from "+1-833-390-3721 - UNKNOWN" then underneath for last name "TELUS". looks like robo call  or spam call since the UNKNOWN was at the end of the call ID number.  I didn't answer and no voice message left.

Asked if I was Richard ___________.   I said "yes".  Then the line went silent.

Didn’t reply when I said hello. I disconnected

Just called here, my call monitor showed Spam, so I didnt answer, and they didnt leave a message.

Yup they are a scam. Automatic message says Telus. Rang through to Microsoft haha.

I think they are a scam, I spoke to Simrin and she was asking about my satisfaction with Telus services.  We got disconnected, too bad, I was curious to see what personal information she would try to get from me.

They called me recently. I guess it's spam.

Just curious, are you all Telus clients? If so, then maybe this is actually Telus checking on satisfaction etc. (If spam, they'd likely be reaching some non-Telus clients also.)

Nope.  I've had theis number call 3x and I'm not with Telus.

Clearly a SPAM call.  I phoned TELUS about it and they have no connection to this number.  Don't answer it if it calls you and block the #.  It will keep calling you back until someone does answer.

Since most of the people that posted in here did not answer then nothing is actually "clearly".  One person said that it was a satisfaction survey.

This is Telus outbound calling with a promotion to get you to switch carriers. I called the number and spoke to inbound. If you say not interested, they tell you to give them a call if looking for a deal to switch

I keep getting calls from this number and I don't answer.  This is even with Koodo call block turned on so that a person has to dial a random digit to get through to me.  Based on all the reports here, I'm blocking it!  Thanks.

Me too, but when I answered (which I did thinking it was likely a scam), they had a female voice emulating a busy call centre (noise in background) and offering me some sort of mobile deal, I said "Telus has my email, they can email me this information.". They said "no ma'am this is only a telephone offer". I responded "then this is a not a legitimate offer". They hung up immediately.
