I have received calls from this number before and just ignored it. Today they left a voice mail - 90 seconds of breathing.  Not gross pervy breathing, just I think maybe I got 'buttdialed' and they didn't realize it?  I'm not sure why my # would be anywhere easy enough to accidentally dial, but that's what happened.

Wrong, because the caller showing "833" is no different from them using "800" or "888" or "877" or "866" or "855" or "844" -- they pay some telephone-company for toll-free calls *TO* them.   That's the way it always has been.

Wrong, because "BCTEL" merged with the Alberta telephone company, to become "TELUS" -- not "Rogers or Shaw".
