While that might be true I have to wonder why someone would criticize another person's education when their education is so lacking?

Phishing scammers. Scumbags out to take someone's money with false information and lies, and threats. Total violation of FDCPA. They need to be caught and have their computers shoved up their donkey.

Have had two different people calling from 209-805-7537 and they have left voicemails. Voicemails state that it is an "urgent matter" regarding reference to a particular individual (sounded like a recording saying the name Derek Laughlin or Derek Lawson-hard to understand, recording sounded muffled). They ask to get a return call at 833-734-2758. They did not even leave the name of the company. It's obviously a scam and I have reported these people. FYI in case others are also receiving this message. Based on reading posts sounds like they are using a variety of stories.

Called back from a different number because I wasn’t calling back from the number they called me from. I noticed that the phone number was not the same number that they had in their system so they kept harassing me and asking me for the number that they used I told them that that was weird that you guys can’t look at my information with a name, a DOB, Or even a Social Security number although I wasn’t gonna give them any of that information I was just saying why they couldn’t pull me up in a different manner. Story short they hung up several times one guy stayed on for me and laughed and said that he has all day and that I was acting immature and several ppl pick up and then hung up when I ask what’s the name of the company. One person even told me good luck with going to court for whatever matter their was reaching out about and  that they are not the ones going to court that I am.Basically if I asked for any information about what they do and what they was affiliated with they asked me for my phone number. This was very very unprofessional and I am definitely following any kind of complaint I can against this company that is wasting peoples time

Ive gotten several calls from this number and  i definitely don't have defaulted loan. This has scam written all over it

There is and all you needed  to do was read.  Instead you were more worried with what looks to be a racist comment.

Sorry not racist comment just try to explain how the person sounded . And since you're so smart a racist is a person that discusses race that would be more of a bigot comment thank you.
